This is regarding the car wash at this site. They have remodeled it completely and modernized it. But, now it is extremely high priced and left the car totally wet. Have to dry it yourself and the towels they provide are all wet. It is the worst car wash I have been to and it is also the most expensive. You would think for $12 (no attendants are needed so there is no salary concern) you would at least get a drying tube. The car wash before the remodel was 10 times better and cheaper! I won't be back!

Just be sure your company is making you mad doesn't give you a reason to be completely rude to the customer. We were very friendly NOTICING you were visibly upset by something as the cashier was throwing things on the counter about someone not answering the phone. And she didn't even respond to us, pretty much threw our items on the counter and didn't even say one word. Leave your attitude at the problem not with the customers who aren't causing issues. This place is always ghetto.

Nobody is perfect so I will give it a four star, I'm a big cardinal fan, I was at the game Saturday nite when they score over 5 runs, next day .60 all drinks, I wasn't sure if I had to have a card or not, this is my 2nd time to be here, I got my drink and the young lady charge me .60 , the place was clean, not all gas stations are not clean or having problems, even with your name brand places too, this place was easy to get to, busy place all the time, another person from Yelp checks in here all the time, so it has to be good, easy to get across from strip mall

Hey, your pump was leaking gas down my car. I tried to call for help on the pump numerous times and no one ever answered. Hope no one throws a lit cigarette in the trash where I tossed the gas-soaked paper towels.

I tried to buy a St. Louis Cardinals license plate, and they wouldn’t let me because there was NO barcode. I was VERY disappointed and they were EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional. This place felt VERY uninviting and was VERY filthy. I will NEVER come here again!

P.o.s. employees at this location locked 8 people out of the building during a tornado.They saw us all standing outside banging on the door and gave zero care in the world. They will never get my money ever again.

Terrible customer service. I was visiting from out of town and purchased gas. I paid at the pump for social distancing and because my young son was in the car and he didn’t need to go inside. I purchased a car wash with my gas. When my gas finished. I got a message to go inside for my receipt. Which is frustrating, because the reason I paid at the pump was to avoid going inside. I pulled up to the car wash and pushed button for help. I explained that I bought a car was, but was not given a receipt or a code. A young man walked out of the building. He did not give eye contact and asked if it said to come inside for your receipt? I said “yes”. Then he very rudely said while rolling his eyes, “did you go inside to get your receipt”? I explained that, I paid at the pump so I didn’t have to go inside and I have my son in the car and did not want to take him in the busy convenience store. He pushed buttons to give me the cheapest car wash even though I paid for the most expensive one. When I was telling him that I purchased a more expensive car wash he just walked away while I was talking.

Associate/manager was not wearing a mask, while her cashier was. She was yelling and swearing outloud for everyone to hear, while she gossiped to someone else. Very unprofessional!!!! The cashier was very nice and polite. I felt sorry and embarrassed for the cashier to have to work in an environment like that.

The girl at the register is more engrossed in her cell phone usage than helping, let alone paying attention to the customer. Having been an employee of Mobil On the Run. IM 100% positive there is a policy for that.
