Mr. Gentile was never too busy to speak with me. I’m the nervous sort, so he would always satisfy my concerns with dignity and respect. I’m really not the trusting sort but his reassurance went beyond the call of duty. I would highly recommend him and the organization that could discern such outstanding characteristics in its employees.

I would recommend going through Brian in a heartbeat. He made my experience wonderful.. Anytime I had a question he would answer it immediately either in a text message or by calling me personally within just a few minutes If I had to work through anyone else I don't think the experience would have been as amazing.Company actually knew what they did when they hired him if they ever get rid of him it's to their detriment.

Consistently Excellent!I have chosen to work with Nav Thakur at Mutual of Omaha Mutual Mortgage on two occasions. The first was a ReFi for my primary residence which closed on schedule resulting with the best rates I feel were possible to obtain. The most recent transaction involved a more complicated investment home purchase where Nav was able to educate me on the many differences and costs associated with purchasing an investment property.In both instances, Nav Thakur’s work ethic combined with his ability to get the job done has resulted in two successful on-time closings in the last two years.Here is why I highly recommend and choose to work with Nav Thakur:His ability to get the job done. Nav continually offered options that fit my needs in order to save me the most money. We closed in six weeks with the final closing scheduled within the last 48 hours due to seller constraints and he succeeded in meeting our scheduled closing date.Access. Nav made himself readily available throughout the entire process, even on weekends. He promptly responded to every phone call, text and email, often answering immediately.Trust. He was very on top of communicating If I had a question it was very easy to reach out to him and have an answer back normally within the hour.
