I can’t speak any higher of the customer service and professionalism i receive each time I walk in here. Michael and the team treat you like one of their one each time you walk through the doors. My family has been going to them for years and when it came time to make my first jewelry purchase in the form of an engagement ring, they did not disappoint. They explained the difference in quality, cuts, the process, and ultimately delivered such a beautiful ring. The craftsmanship is top notch. I am very excited to propose and that level was only increased by coming here. I’m looking forward to us going back to pick her wedding band and then a ring for myself. This will be our go to for all of our needs in the future. Highly recommend!!

Don't put that you buy jewelry. When all you do is want someone to basically give you diamonds and rubies. And all you want to pay for is scrap gold prices.No when she came out she pretty much sd without the stones there wasn't any weight to them. And really wasn't interested. Took them down the street and received over $800 for them

My family has been a customer of Michael Herr’s for years. They are always amazing and offer great suggestions to my husband on gifts when he’s out of ideas after 25+ years! Michael recently recreated a family heirloom for my birthday and I couldn’t be more happy with it! They are amazing all around with customer service, inventory, design!

Amazing customer service! Everyone was so friendly and helpful! They were able to remove links from a bracelet that’s very sentimental to my husband, so now he can wear it! I’d give them more than 5 stars if I could! Will be using them from now on!!

On October 3rd, I had the privilege to propose to the girl of my dreams. Michael Herr played a significant role in doing so. I was referred here by one of my closest friends who recently got engaged. All I can say is that this place made me feel like family. I didn't think of just a customer as I felt at other jewelry stores.Michael and the rest of the staff made me and my special day feel even greater importance. Since my engagement now fiancée cannot stop admiring her custom ring. To say she is proud to wear this ring would be an understatement. I couldn't have asked for a better team to work with than the Michael Herr team.I will for sure be sending all of my friends to Michael when they are ready to propose. Had two rings repaired in 2018. Didn't buy anything, so cannot speak to quality of merchandise or knowledge. Staff was friendly. Reason for low rating is because one ring had to be re-repaired immediately (first attempt was badly done). Now, less than two years later, the other ring has to be repaired again. Also, I was very disappointed at how thin the gold was.A year later, the first ring needed to be resized again. I decided to try a different jeweler, and was very impressed with his work and the thickness of the gold. The price was the same as Michael Herr's service.I don't know if Michael Herr's is using the same goldsmith now, but I cannot help but wonder if that goldsmith was a novice and/or skimping on the gold. Will not visit this store again.
