“Mom stopped in one day to check the place out, no one ever talked to her or anything. She went back stopped back in Saturday to look again and said Ken was there and talked to her about what she might be looking for. She said he was very nice, helpful and not pushy. He greeted her and helped her out and told her have a look around and let him know if she needed help he would be right there for her. She wished more places had good employees like him. She said the way he treated her was a complete turn around from her first stop in there. She wanted to assure Ken gets recognized for how well he is with customers, even if they are just looking around. It would be 5 stars if not for the first stop in there.”
“I was there to purchase a birthday present for my son-in-law. I asked the store associate for what I was looking for. He helped me I was in and out of that store in 5 minutes and he gave me the biggest discount. I signed up for rewards because because this is my new place. For real it was great customer service and of course I got a great product.”

After not receiving the jeans on time, I looked into it and found that he entered the address incorrectly. I'd be skeptical of ordering in store again. When I first ordered I was just taking a chance but, there was no problem and the merchandise was high quality and the prices were very competitive. “I really didn't have high hopes for this place. We walked in around 4pm earlier today, half anticipating the store to be closed and fully expecting to be ignored (according to prior reviews). I was pretty surprised when TWO people cheerfully welcomed us in and then proceeded to offer assistance with picking out jeans. There was a red-headed gentleman with a beard who was especially wonderful and patient, not only with us but other customers as well (one lady in particular would have driven me crazy, but he was just SO nice). Easy 5 star experience for me. We bought 2 pairs of jeans and will be back!”

“Suits 4 Men has been my go-to suit shop for the better half of a decade, mainly for work. However, this last visit was personal, and as always, Eduard knocked it out of the park. He went over multiple options for both color and fabric to find me and my groomsmen the perfect suit for the location, weather, and aesthetic. He was even able to track down a very specific and uncommon color for our pocket squares. His guidance ended up being perfect, as we all looked great and were very comfortable in the Mexico heat. His father tailored our suits perfectly, which is no easy task considering our athletic sizes. I’m so lucky to have such a reliable friend in the industry.”
