Meticulously prepares for and reviews before each surgery he does. He cares the most about EACH patient experience and OUTCOME. He is the most skilled, intelligent and qualified surgeon. Make no mistake, Dr. Gross is the best. St. Louis, Missouri is lucky to have him and his practice.

DrGross is amazing I torn my ACL He did surgery and I recovered in no time . I was on my feet in less than 3 weeks Highly recommended . Thank you Dr. Good job ?

Dr. Gross completed my torn Achilles surgery on 12/4/2019. I am 100 percent satisfied with him and his entire staff. First class all the way. I’m very active and work out five to six times a week and play on 3 Baseball teams as an outfielder. I’m running better and completely pain free!

Dr. Gross is an Orthopedic Surgeon who specializes in preventing, diagnosing and treating injuries related to participation in sports and/or exercise in patients of all ages. His area of specialty is sports medicine, specifically ailments of the shoulder, knee and elbow. He performs advanced arthroscopic procedures, joint reconstruction procedures, cartilage restoration procedures and joint replacement surgery. He and his staff have truly raised the expectations of sports medicine by treating their patients with compassion and flexibility in an effort to make the process of returning them to activities as conveniently as possible. Dr. Gross is the Assistant Team Physician for the St. Louis Cardinals.
