Corporate office was very helpful in getting my refund from the worst service I’ve ever experienced or had in buying anything from anyone. Lowes Maplewood store’s customer service was the worst and totally incompetent in addressing my issues with buying and installing the products I had purchased. Not all bad though, the Installation department and the corporate office was very helpful in solving my issues in getting my complete refund

Not sure what is going on? Or why y’all outsourced your delivery services, but if I could give a negative review I would! I’ve wasted several days now on a few different deliveries and NOT one of those orders were delivered within the window. Do you realize that people work, they take off of work and sit for hours unpaid!!!! Just waiting for a delivery that never comes! I realize as I waste my time typing this, Lowe’s does NOT care about their customers. It is apparent you have complete contempt for the people whose money you so gladly take. I’ve watched over the years you fire all the expert staff that once worked at the stores, for uncaring, uneducated, workers who could give two craps about providing even the worst customer service, that is if you can find one on the floor.I would rather do without at this point than give Lowe’s my money, look, Covid is over, supply chain is fixed, people have options now. It’s sad that Lowe’s doesn’t see that or care. I wish I would’ve orders my appliances from anyone but Lowe’s. Another wasted day sitting at home waiting on an order that never arrived, but no worries, I will take off of work Tuesday and sit and do this all over again.Maybe, if the truck actually shows up, they’ll do me a favor and call when they’re 30 minutes out.Do yourself a favor, seriously, I’m warning you, I’m begging you, just go to Home Depot, go anywhere but just don’t waste your time with Lowe’s home delivery until they stop this third party delivery nightmare! You’ve been warned.

I am very disappointed in Lowe’s. I will cut up my card and close my account as soon as I pay card off. I do have 4 other stores to go to. Here’s my story. I purchased 37 bags 80 lbs of concrete to be delivered and some wood. The reason I did have the product delivered is the concrete was too heavy for my trailer . So when the guys showed up to do the work 2 bags of concrete they did was on top of pallet ok but the rest of pallet was hard as a rock. This was on Friday Lowe’s don’t deliver on weekends so I had to go and get concrete and risk it with my small trailer. My guys only had one day left to do the work so I had to get it here. So I called manager to get it picked up when Monday comes he did give me 10% off he said call customer care line so I did. They started out to give me $25.00 off. My complaint was I paid 79.00 delivery fee and paid my guys 4 extra hours to do the job next day on Saturday 4x2 guys $25.00= 200.00 so I’m out 279.00 - 10% off concrete I think was 22.00 = 252.00 I’m out of do to neglected employees that shipped me bad concrete. I have complaints over several years but I spend a lot of money with Lowe’s over the years remodeling my house instead of buying a new one. They were all small complaints but this was the worst one I spent a 45 minutes on the phone for 22.00 dollars. All I was asking for was refund my delivery fee for shipping me bad product.

We purchased a dryer from lowes south Kansas city store . They delivered and tried to install but failed, it filled the room w heatwithheat and humidity. They came back two time failed each time.the third time they called and said they would be ther between 11:30 and 3:30 no call no show store manager could not explain didn't much care. We ended up paying someone else to install

HORRIBLE customer service! We bought a washer and dryer and had a scheduled delivery date. They were a no call and no show. I called them to see where they were. They told me they didn't have me scheduled that day even though I had a call the day before giving me my delivery window. Chris, the appliance manager, told me he would give me $100 off for the trouble, but he couldn't do it until they were delivered. We rescheduled the following week. After waiting almost three hours into the four hour window, they called to say that the truck couldn't make it to the store to pick up the delivery. I let the know that this was the second day I had wasted waiting on a delivery. Craig told me they would credit my account by 10% for my trouble. I still have not received this credit. We rescheduled it again for the following week. When it arrived, there was a dent in the washer. The delivery driver told us to go to the store to talk with them about a credit for Chris, and he wasn't there. I went back two days later, and he kept saying all he could do was give me $100 off. That is what he promised at first and not taking into consideration the second no show delivery and the dent. He told me that the store manager would have to take care of it. I called today, and the manager was already at lunch and had a meeting after that. The front end supervisor, Jose', said that the appliance manager, Chris, could in fact handle this and would be calling me by 2:00 pm. I tried calling them at 3:30 pm and did not get an answer. I told Jose' that if they could not fix this that they would need to come and get the appliances. He then told me that it would be a $40.00 charge because we were outside of the 48 hour window even though we tried taking care of this within six hours of delivery! I have been a FAITHFUL Lowe's shopper for years even though Home Depot is closer to my house. This will be changing now. Home Depot will get my business from now on!

I've spent months trying to get windows installed. Repeated delays, no responses to emails\messages, mix ups and more delays. When they finally come, some windows are the wrong size and have to be re-ordered. Followed by more delays and no responses and no information. Plus, the ones that were actually installed were done absolutely terribly. Been trying to get a refund for the unfished portion for weeks now and have gotten nowhere. I have now opened BBB complaints, answered by the corporate office, and they are equally incompetent and have stopped responding also. So much for supposedly treating veterans well. Avoid Lowe's at all costs.

I purchased a Craftsman Weed Eater and Leaf Blower, 2 extra batteries, 3 refill spools for weed eater. After about 2 minutes using the leaf blower it shuts off. Assuming the battery was dead I put another one on it. Won’t run at all. Put 3rd battery on. Nothing. I take everything back to Lowe’s for refund or exchange. They inform me they will not do anything. I had purchased the items July 27: 2023 and I took them back August 21, 2023. They said their policy is no return on open or used items and I had to contact Craftsman. Never had an issue with Home Depot or Menards. Last time I ever purchase anything from Lowe’s.

I ordered a garage door mid April 2023. I was told delivery would be in 3 weeks. At the 3rd week I received a call from the manufacturer and was told I owed $300.00 more.....I had already paid when I placed the offer. I called Lowes who said to not accept the order. I had Dalton Doors call Lowes in Waterloo and he said that is not right and that I should tell them no until the figured it out ( I am a contractor/pro card holder. I have been trying to get this door and trying to contact the PRO desk...I rarely get a response....it is usually they dont know why its not on its way. I have driven over to Lowes Waterloo twice just to talk to someone. The people there usually say they are not aware what is going on. It is now August 4th...almost 4 months laster. A week ago I drove over there again and was told they really did not know but they would email the manager of PRO and the manager of the store. They said I would hear back monday. That was almost a week ago and no emails or any word from anyone there. This is crazy crazy bad customer service. This is MY LAST purchase from Lowes.....save stress and unhappiness buy going to Home Depot or Menards.......never been treated like this by any business. BAD BAD way of treating loyal customers.

Update: They were supposed to “tentatively” show up yesterday afternoon - 7-12-23 GHOSTED AGAIN!I am about to lose my mind with Lowe’s in Ballwin, MO Over a sliding glass door for my parents. Placed the order MARCH 26th. Their contractor came to measure etc. and slider is supposed to open on left hand side. It finally arrived in May. They removed the old one and installed the one they had that opened on the Wrong side.Immediately went back and forth, everyone blamed someone else and we were finally told a new door was in stock and would be installed Today. July 7th. Guess what. NO DOOR. NO WORD. NOTHING.My parents are in their late 80’s. My dad has health issues and can’t walk without assistance. My mom has to dress my dad. They got up way early “just in case”.I kept the day clear so I could be there too.Keep getting told someone will call me. No one has. I have been nice this whole time but now I’m about to release the Kracken!! I was so upset, I actually cried. ?I’ve left messages even for a manager-no response today. Sent two emails to manager-no response.So upset. Photos show how they left the patio door that opens on the wrong side. Huge gaps etc.update 2:39 pm 7-7-23.Just got off the phone with a manager named Drew. He actually said, “Unfortunately, you aren’t the only ones in this situation, we have other people in the same situation who have been waiting much longer.”Can’t tell us when it will happen.#loweshomeimprovement #lowes

Online order...I will never buy an appliance that needs to be delivered from Lowe's again. Complete nightmare. I gave them three tries. I missed the first delivery person because he arrived and left BEFORE the appointment window even started. I know because it was on my doorbell camera. Of course Lowe's couldn't get someone back the same day. Three days later, another delivery person comes out and he says the refrigerator is damaged enough to where he didn't even take it off the truck for me to look it. Again, I call Lowe's and they can't send anyone back the same day. Two or three days later, another delivery person came out and the refrigerator they brought was again damaged! At that point, I gave up and cancelled the order. They were all contracted delivery drivers. One thing they did do was take my old refrigerator and they still had the audacity to charge me the $40 for it even after everything I dealt with. Maybe get some inhouse delivery drivers and have appliances inspected before putting them on the truck??? Come on Lowe's..do better

Lowe's sold our dishwasher to another customer instead of holding it for installation. On installation day the third party service left a voicemail saying thatlowes didn't have the dishwasher when he went to pick it up. When I called to talk to the manager I spoke to Chris who is an amazing liar. He put me on hold for 20 plus minutes to confirm the situation. The soonest a new one can be received was 5 days and then there would be another week or two for installation. I asked Chris about compensation since my husband wasted a day off to.be there for the install. Chris said he wouldn't talk about that until the dishwasher was installed. Chris hung up on me. When I called back he said that he had said goodbye. However he was on speaker and my husband verified with him that he had hung up. No apology. I asked why no one from Lowes called to tell me what happened and he said that he was there when the third party called so knew we had been informed (by voicemail). So why did he need 20 minutes to verify if he was right there¿ At this point we asked him to cancel the order. Had he been apologetic, or called to inform us, or had not hung up on me Lowe's would have kept an almost 1K sale.
