Two employees stood around and watched me struggle with the self checkout because there are no cashiers at this location. I forgot that I worked at Lowes on my day off... Why pay people if they aren't going to help the customers do the work the employees should be doing???

Please do not buy anything from the store. They sold me a defective brand new hot water heater, and then the return process was one of the most horrid experiences of my life. Not to mention the lady who tried to execute the return has no idea what she’s doing gave me the return back in a fashion that I did not appreciate and just said well it’s my fault because I don’t know how to do it. What is excuse for being lazy and not understanding your job. The ladies name is Dakota. The bad part about it is the manager came over and did not even try to fix the problem.

Absolutely the worst service I have ever had will NEVER BUY ANYTHING ELSE FROM LOWES refrigerator went out, so I went to Lowes to get a new one set my delivery date out 5 days just to get the time that worked for me buy the day before they text and say my delivery time has changed from my 8-12 to 1:30-5. Waiting 5 days for a convenient time and this is the professionalism I get.. RIDICULOUS BUT NEVER AGAIN..

0 stars…. This place is a freaking joke. They messed my delivery order twice and then told me to come to the store and get cash as a refund for some of the troubles and the money would be in an envelope waiting for me… I get there and no one knew anything about it. Terrible terrible customer service. The people who answer the phone at the customer service desk are not one helpful and it’s beyond frustrating. Do not recommend to anyone at all unless you want a huge mess on your hands
