My son wanted an STLCITY hat and the guy working was very helpful. He actually took the time to walk my sin around the store and show him the different styles.

Don't waste your time. I waited 45 minutes for an embroidery and the kid Bernard ruined the hat and never got the job done. He told me "10 min" I walked our after 45 min without the hat. He was rude, wore sunglasses the entire time and never even apologized for the inconvenience. I'll never return.

If you are thinking about having something “customized” I would highly recommend you look for someone professional to do it. The letters are adhesive letters, meaning you use a heat press to adhere them to material. The “manager” messed up my $100+ dollar jersey because a letter moved while he tried to press it and left an adhesive outline on the jersey. Instead of trying to rectify the mistake, he proceeded to try to blame the lettering and the placement and never accepting responsibility. His solution was to take it to a dry cleaners, so incur more cost, but did not want to offer a discount.
