Snooty as heck! I must not meet their demographic. White & Wealthy LOOKING. ?? Unfortunately, I spent a decent amount there the other day because I was desperate for pre vacay outfits and ran out of time to go anywhere else. However, some of the employees need to remember they do IN FACT work there. So no need to be snobs. Anyhow, I won’t shop here again. First and last visit for me. No better quality or style than Nordstrom, Banana Republic or Saks. I’ll take my $$ elsewhere.

Just left this store. Not one person acknowledged me, offered to help, or tried to assist. Even while I was walking around with items in my hands. Went to the dressing room and would have bought two items but chose to give my business to a boutique with some customer service and personality. Disappointing.

I went to Laurie Solet for a bingo night. The store is beautiful, the clothes are adorable and the jewelry is gorgeous! I love this store and will definitely be shopping there frequently! Bingo night was so much fun and there were AMAZING prizes! Definitely my favorite boutique! Thank you so much for hosting such a fun event!

A wonderful boutique that has great pricing! I stumbled upon this place almost a year ago when my Aunt bought me a coat from here that I needed to exchange for a different size. It has been my favorite store to shop in since I first walked in. The ladies who work there are so helpful and are always showing me new items or giving me something to try on that I wouldn't have picked for myself, and they create a wonderful shopping environment.

Just went in this store and it was the worst experience. Both the girls working there did not say one word to me. One was sitting on the floor behind the cash register and the other putting clothes away. Both were just talking to each other. There was hello or can I help you with anything. I was in the store for about 5 minutes. They both just ignored me.Sad thing is I would have spent money and bought clothes but walked out because of I wanting vibe the two workers gave off.

This review is for the Chesterfield location. I've only been in here a handful of times and then only to browse. On my latest visit what caught my eye was a slouchy pullover, "Meet Me at the Barre," sweatshirt in the window. Of course, being a barre fanatic, I couldn't stop thinking about the sweatshirt and had to stop in during business hours to buy it. I can't wait for the weather to cool a bit so that I can pull this conversation piece on as I get ready to go to my gym and hit the barre!

We do not verbally explain the return policy to every customer, but if a customer is on the fence about something, they generally ask prior to purchase. It is also printed at the bottom of the receipt, just like all other retailers. And we are happy to do a 24-hr hold on any items you are unsure about!
