Our experience as a family with Kiddie Academy Chesterfield has been nothing short of exceptional. The staff's incredible patience has made our son's transition into the new environment seamless and heartwarming. Their commitment to creating a great space for children is truly commendable.The smiles on the faces of the staff are infectious and reflect genuine care and enthusiasm. It's evident that they not only love what they do but also deeply care for the children under their watch. Their positive energy creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere that instantly puts both kids and parents at ease.We appreciate the extra effort they put into ensuring our son feels comfortable and secure. From personalized attention to a sense of belonging, they've gone above and beyond our expectations. It's reassuring to know that our little one is in the hands of such dedicated and caring professionals.If you're looking for a daycare where your child will not only learn and grow but also receive genuine love and support, I recommend this daycare with my eyes closed, no doubt. This place is a true gem!

Nice facility, healthy environment, good education and music program, and loving atmosphere! Ms Sara and Ms Becca are very talented, caring, patient and responsible teachers. I already see my kids becoming more independent, confident, and better at emotion regulation. One time I reached out to Ms Sara for a parent-teacher meeting. She quickly scheduled a meeting with me, listened to my concern, and shared with me her observations, and actions she will take to further help my kids. Mr Tim is also wonderful. If your are looking for a good fit for your child, I would recommend you to take a tour with them:)

We moved from another Daycare and I have nothing but great things to say about Kiddie Academy of Chesterfield! Teachers from rooms 8 and 9 (Ms Karrie, Ms Kelly, and Ms Celia) are absolutely wonderful, patient, and deeply care for my daughter and all kids. My daughter loves it and is thriving at Kiddie. I have already recommended Kiddie to close friends; one of them already registered her daughter and they are as happy as we are. I love the stability at Kiddie, since I had a very bad experience with another Daycare where teachers were leaving frequently, not providing a stable environment for kids and not having a single person to talk about the development of my child. I am extremely happy moving my daughter to Kiddie!

This is our son’s first experience with day care and it has been great. The facility is beautiful, the staff is attentive, friendly and welcoming. We love this place!

White people centered. Not culturally involved. AT all. I wouldn’t bring my ethnic children here anymore. They literally didn’t even celebrate Black History month OR bring up Juneteenth.

This place is terrible. Miss Sara is a terrible teacher. She has no idea about kids how to help them to improve their mental development. She brutally terrorized my son. My son is now mentally affected. Their business is only for taking money.

Very prejudice. Leah, Emily, Ashley and Laura will gossip about you and accuse of you being angry when you confront them. My cousin use to work there. They are not all hype. They just got money. That’s it. That’s all.

Untrustworthy Management. the staff and teachers are awesome. But the management is bad. I had an unexpected financial situation in May .So I called the school and asked for options if they could deduct the escrow deposit in June tuition but they said 30 day notice is required to refund the escrow, and I was informed that they would consider my call as verbal notice and proceed further and refund escrow in July 2023.towards the end of June, I emailed about this and gave the address to which the deposit cheque has to be mailed but the reply I recieved was a shocker. I was informed that they cant refund as written notice was not given and July tution was deducted.Either I should let go the deposit or continue July , so they can deduct the escrow. I had to remind about what was discussed. the director apologized for the miscommunication and informed me that she would check with Supervisor about the refund. But end of the day I was informed they will not be able to refund the escrow but will revert the July tuition.when they confirmed about an option May end how could it change in July and deduct tuition fee, saying o written notice was given . when I was confirmed that they would consider my call on May end as a Notice. It would not have taken me much time , if they would have communicated that They can proceed only If I send an email.If they would have communicated clearly, I would have discontinued in June end instead of waiting for the escrow deposit. Whatever you communicate, it really doesn't matter here. They always quote the policy No matter if there was miscommunication at their end.Management has to improve in their communication and tracking. Should Value People and their time. Very disappointed and untrustworthy.

This review is about their sales process and the fact that they did not deliver on their word. My wife and I went in to Kiddie Academy Chesterfield in January to discuss our options with them. They mentioned there was a wait list for part time which is all we needed and that would put us back to a late summer/fall start date. We decided we could pay for full time and still do part time as needed if we could get a spot in May. We were told, absolutely, won’t be an issue. We agreed to pay double what we needed to in order to get in earlier and we gave a deposit. Time went by and there was no follow up from them. I had to call to requests updates, and never seem to know what the ETA was yet. Until finally I was told I could pay up to sign up for August. Due to this we had to make other arrangements and go elsewhere. I requested a refund on our deposit, which we were now told it was not fully refundable (not what they said during our visit) I understand and accepted the fact that I would only get a partial refund. However, yet again, they failed to call me back or indicate how I would be refunded the portion they said they would.I’m sure this is a great place for children. However, this is poor business and shows to be too arrogant to deliver on their promises because they have a wait list. I understand if an employee over promised and you under delivered, however, the lack of follow up, the lack of communication, and the fact that they misled us to agree to pay a deposit, agree to full time when we don’t need it just to promise us an earlier start date (due to availability), and then never even call me back, it’s just not professional.

My toddler has been going to Kiddie Academy since he was 3 months old, and we love this place! I cannot believe how much they taught my son. He has learned manners, how to put toys away, and all of his colors! The teachers and administrative staff are incredible. They are great at communicating, and they genuinely love watching my son grow. I would recommend Kiddie Academy to everyone!

So thankful for the safe, calming, happy and professional place that is KA to bring my child. As a new parent KA has made me feel secure leaving my child with them. They have guided me in many aspects of my child’s development and gave me peace of mind while I am at work. The staff care so much and are very qualified and knowledgable! I can’t say thank you enough !

My kids are in their 4 year old classroom. I'm impressed by the variety of activities they partcipated in every day. Mr. Tim is an excellent teacher and does a great job engage the kids in learning and help them grow. I see significant growth in the language and self-help skills as well as confidence of my children. When I have questions, Mr. Tim always provide quick and detailed answers. The watch me grow camera system also helps give me comfort knowing I can check in on my kids. Despite the challenge of the pandemic, the school does an outstanding job making sure everyone's healthy, safe and happy.
