I have updated my rating. The buying experience.. fine. Today, 11/10, I brought it in to have the trailer hitch installed. I made the appointment when picking up the title and I was told to allow 2 hours. I have been here for 2 hours and was just told be another hour.

This place was nothing short of amazing! From the time I walked in to the time I walked out I was treated like family by my salesman Nathan. Awesome experience with the sales superstar Ben Gordon at Kia! I’m that person who always has a million questions lol and Ben took the time to answer them all thoroughly and did not make me feel stupid or rush me. I appreciate his honesty as well. He is upfront with you about which cars are the right fit for your lifestyle and budget instead of trying to sell you something you do not need. Very refreshing.Oh, and my credit is far from perfect. I thought I’d be stuck buying from those “buy here, pay here” dealers forever, but Ben worked some miracles and got me into my vehicle. Now I have a safe, reliable vehicle for my family and I am so thankful. You rock, Ben!

I can not say enough good things about this place! I found a 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee Trailhawk online and decided to go check it out even though I didn't have that much time before an event but it was exactly what I wanted so I had too. I am very HAPPY with my decision that day and forever grateful for their help with this process. Roger in Sales was amazing to work with and Jake in Finance got the deal squared away perfectly! I was in and out in no time thanks to both of them working their magic for me! Thanks for everything!

I would highly recommend Jim Butler Kia to anyone looking for a reliable vehicle. Jean Silverio is the guy you need to ask for. My family alone has bought multiple cars from this dealership and Jean. I loved the experience we had buying my brand new car from them. I didn’t feel pressured into anything like other dealerships, Jean made sure this car is what I wanted! Overall it was a great experience and made the whole process painless!

Jim Butler service department is the worse. We bought two cars, Sorento and Forte, in 4 months from them. You think they would treat us well. They are lazy and incompetent. The Forte had an issue with an alert going over every 10 secs. They said it was bc we had tint on our front windshield and it didn't happen to other cars. We don't have tint on the front!! Google told us it is happening to a lot of fortes AND how to fix it!! An oil change takes 2 hours even when you make an appointment. Another time I brought my car for an oil change and recall. They didn't fix recall and then didn't tell me until I asked. They said oh we need to order a part and you have to come back. Even with free oil changes, we are NEVER going back!

Went Friday to look at a car and car shopping and salesman are not my favorite, but this place was great, hassle free, great atmosphere and wonderful salesman. Our salesman was Kenny Kent and was an absolute pleasure to do business with. Everyone was super friendly and helpful.

This location is awesome and their staff is fantastic. Also, if you have credit issues, they will work with you the best they can get you the best deal they can. We had surveyed many other dealerships, and got very very high prices and rates, and Jim Butler gave the best rates and the prices in the area. We would highly recommend them as a business, and also personally as humans. Very clean very easy to find cars very fast and don’t not hassle you as much as other dealerships. We would give them the Alpha Omega approved business CEO for car dealerships in the St. Louis area 2023.

I've been using this dealership for 8 years. I have a Kia dealership just a couple of miles from my home I've tried and found Jim Butler was worth the extra gas/time to use.Service wise: Keith in service is the reason I bring my cars back. The service prices are fair for a dealership; but it's really the expertise, communication and willingness to work with customers that brings me back. Keith is always knowledgeable, polite, understanding and willing to help out in anyway.Cheryl Cooper in sales also goes above and beyond to help. Each experience I've had buying from her has been pleasant and easy. As long as Kia continues to build quality vehicles at an affordable price, I'll purchase from Cheryl.

I made my 2nd purchase with Jim butler toward the November of 2022. I was so excited because my first purchase was amazing never had any issues out the first car I don’t have issues out the second purchase but there were thing that was not acceptable and I brought to their attention after delivery that they overlooked. The process itself was easy the finance manager was great she really wanted to get me in the car I wanted and did not stop until it happened. Though after bring the car home I noticed some things hanging from under and took pictures and sent to my salesman who advised to bring the car in. After them inspecting it i was advised there was a little over $800 worth of damage that they were aware of but the service manager made the decision not to fix. And I quote ”Found under shield (removed), zRight fender liner ( was on used car) left front underbody shield slight damage. To replace all $860.00 GETTING WITH NICK TO SEE WHAT WE CAN DO.” I have never heard anything back from them. Yes I purchased a used vehicle and I kno there is bound to be something. Though that should have something communicated because I definitely would not have accepted that if committing to such a high car nor. I’m so dissatisfied. I wish I knew then what I know now. I would have communicated to the finance company before they cut them a check.Response made through third party therefore unable to reply. Nonetheless no the matter was never handled. I still have the photos and text message with photos I sent the salesman once it was identified. He contacted me and said to bring vehicle in. My review was their response

Had an appointment. Waited over an hour just to see the salesman to pick up a car, cash. Then we had to wait another hour to see the finance man for a cash deal. Went home 4 hours, yes, 4 hours later. Then we found out things were missing from the car & not on the window sticker, 3 items. No explanation given till we got home & called the dealer, reply came 2 days later. Items were out of stock so Kia took off the window sticker. Dealer never mentioned it. Deposit was not figured into total price, still waiting for deposit refund because they forgot to take it off what we needed to pay them. Very upsetting. Buying a car is too much work.
