First time at a Jiffy Lube and it was an extremely positive experience. I took my daughter’s Ford van for an oil change.Matt was extremely helpful, polite, courteous, and efficient. He gave me an overview of my options and even helped me with an online coupon to save $22.And he checked the tires And put air in Them. I highly recommend this Jiffy Lube location.

The waiting area and restroom were filthy. When I started my car and was about the leave, my oil light came on. They did not put the correct amount of oil in for my model. I was two quarts short. The manager said that the container the contained the oil was setup for the other car in the bay next to my car. No apologies and the person who was did the work on my car didn't seem to care that he had made an error.

Awful experience. It is not a place where you sit in your car during service, was my first red flag. As soon as I walked I was hit with the smell of marijuana and the worker was high. When I got back in my car the handle, steering wheel, and gear shift were covered in grease. Noticed today a scratch on my door. Have had good experiences at other jiffy lubes but this was awful and I worry if they did the proper work as my check engine light was on today and I got it done yesterday.Service: Oil change

My work day started with my car telling me my car was overheating. I instantly knew it was a problem with my coolant so i waited until 8am when they open to come in since it's the nearest place to my job. They got me in right away and a female, whom i don't remember her name, was the one getting me in (love seeing women in male dominant fields). I waited in their office and a guy named Matt came in to tell me it was a more serious problem because my coolant was actually leaking. They couldn't do the service there but they helped me get all set up at a different Jiffy Lube, they helped top my coolant off so i could get to that location and they were already expecting my arrival. 10/10 service, these people really want to help out!

I don't recommend this business to anyone. I had my oil changed a few weeks back, the worker who was doing the customer service was completely stoned and a day after I noticed my car was leaking oil. I took it back to the jiffy lube and the guy tells me sorry he's new the worker who was stoned was supposed to be watching him and helping him. So they fixed my car and said he left a old piece on that was causing it to leak. I contacted the Corporate number and put in a complaint and they put in a note and the owner was supposed to call me back. 1 week later I had to call Corporate because the owner hasn't called me back. Two weeks later and no call, this place has been shut down before and the owner doesn't seem to care about his customers. 115 dollar oil change then charged a extra 5 dollars for coolant !! Most places will fill it for free. But after paying that kind of money you would expect a great service considering they are about 35 dollars over normal cost. One good thing is the manager was respectful but other then that GOOD LUCK... FYI a week later another call still no return from the owner, but he has time to say thanks to the positive reviews...
