Nice little shop! Best customer service I've experienced! I recommend this store! I will continue my business with this location. I was looking for a present for my teenage daughter. The necklace is perfect! I didn't catch the name of the lady whom assisted us. She's an absolute angel!

A necklace for a first father daughter dance and right out of the box before the dance, it breaks. The quality is below poor. Sterling silver or not, a damaged piece right out of the box is defective and not the customer’s problem. Today, we went to the outlet mall to get a replacement for this necklace and was immediately explained that the piece fell off and it could be fixed. Then, she said it doesn’t have a warranty…so I said please return it. I bought it less than a month in advance from the dance. She says she has to ask her manager. I wait for 3 minutes, looking and she comes back to explain that the policy is defective from the company not use. My child never wore it. So please tell me how it’s not defective. Jared, you shouldn’t have rude employees and defective silver jewelry. The policy doesn’t make sense and I will never buy again and I will continue to shame this poor quality silver rope style chains.

This five stars is for the manager Courtney alone. Jared itself would receive 0 stars from me, but Courtney is a standout member of the staff. She provides excellent customer service. I have been dealing with Jared personnel for months at a different location, via email, and over the phone. No one else had the expertise or competence to help me resolve an issue that I have had with a piece I purchased a few years ago. The fact that I cannot say enough positive things about Courtney, when I am so frustrated with the company is really a credit to her professionalism and knowledge.

I didn’t get the name of the beautiful lady that worked w me today but Slprsn 013516164 ☺️ (s/o to the receipt lol) was amazing!!!!!! She made the purchase such an easy experience, her presence alone was super calming, her knowledge was incredible, & her professionalism speaks volumes of how she upholds herself & her position.
