Love the clothing and one of the staff members was very helpful but the man at the register who was ordering the jeans in my size asked for my address three times. After not receiving the jeans on time, I looked into it and found that he entered the address incorrectly. I'd be skeptical of ordering in store again. However, the jeans I bought are absolutely amazing. I love all three pairs of my J Crew jeans.

Lots of sales, clean store. Not many size options is my only complaint. Stocked well on small and medium sizes but little to no large or extra large.

Great, friendly staff, always eager to help put together outfits, find sizes in the back or at other stores. If they don't have what you need they will try to find it online to have it shipped right to your front door at no additional charge.

The woman assisting me was very nice....which is why I rated the store a 2 and not 1...... but explained that at this location or any store they do not carry any pants with 34" inseam or greater. That is just playing d**** I am 6' 2 so basically anyone who is 6' 2 or over is out of luck buying pants at this location. D*** decision by management! And they wonder why retail stores are dying? Here's your sign!

Always find staff pleasant. Not pushy. Agree with the prices being so much better than Crew full price.
