Would give zero stars if allowed. I've reported Iremco to St. Charles County Property Development for the lack of concern around the management of their rental properties in our area. Next step is to get them out of our area period. Nearly ALL of us are homeowners who WORK REALLY HARD to keep our homes nice and they do ZERO follow-up to ensure their tenants are keeping the area clean and presentable

This is by far the worst property management company I’ve ever dealt with! My wife and I lived in one of their properties for 1 year and never met one of them face to face! Need I say more?

Shout out to Steve, the property manager! The guy is always working hard improving the landscape of the properties and we’ve rarely had any problems but the one instance where our drain under the sink clogged I texted him and he was over this morning fixing it promptly. One time he noticed I had a flat tire (I had no idea) so he knocked on my door, told me I had a flat and he loaned me his air compressor so I could air it back up. Really good dude.

We had a problem and I emailed the company president, Tom. He replied within minutes and the issue was taken care of the same day. He was personable and professional. It left a very good impression. Thank you.

Slumlords. Every 1 star review is accurate. I saw them before I signed my lease, but hoped the unit would be in good enough shape to not need much maintenance. I now see that was a very ignorant thought. When I first moved in, the shower didn’t work. A few weeks later, the heat didn’t work. Now my apartment has smelled like sewage for months, and they’ve yet to fix it, but told me I would have to pay two and a half months rent to move out of a nearly unlivable apartment. And don’t get me started on iremco standing for innovative real estate management company when they don’t even have online rent payments or a maintenance portal. This company is a joke, and I would avoid them at all costs.

They will lie, cheat and steal to get as much money from you as possible. Don't rent from them!

The worst company to deal with. Very unprofessional. The office staff does not know what they’re doing. They don’t return phone calls. Their properties managers are the dumbest people on earth. They will raise your rent every single year yet they don’t improve anything on the property. And if you leave after your lease is up they will still bill you and send you to collections even though you don’t owe them anything. I went to their office once personally to drop of my rent and the manager came out in a Halloween costume dressed as a “kitty” in tight clothes and a short skirt which was very disturbing for a women her age and it was extremely disgusting. I’m not sure how these people are still in business. They don’t even deserve 1 Star.

I can’t wait until my lease is up next August! When I renewed in August of 2018 I had mentioned that my exhaust fan in my bathroom was not working along with my dishwasher. Both had to be ordered. Once the dishwasher was in I had to schedule a day for it to be installed when it was not raining. Here it is December of 2018 almost January of 2019 and the bathroom fan is STILL not fixed. I asked about it when I texted about my upstairs neighbors music being so loud that I hear it over my TV amd my Maitence man said to put in a request when I had mentioned it several months earlier. I do NOt trust him at all. I have only stayed here as it is close to the school my son attended. In the past I have had the spaces between the kitchen floor tiles fixed only to have it crumble again. He want to be my friend and invite me over when I’m lonely when my son is in college. NO WAY. He is NoT at all personable nor do I think he really cares about helping others. I have had trouble with my ac unit also and he has seen the mild in the wall where my water heater is and done NOTHING about it.

I went and applied to rent a trailer on one of their properties, they said I was a known drug dealer and I consistently cause cops to be around. If this was true it would show up on my background check, last I checked and from what I remember I've never been involved with cops and I stay as far away from drugs... these people defame and slander people which is against FEDERAL LAW!As a result of this I'm currently speaking with a lawyer to sue for the slander. I've also left some nasty reviews with the BBB.These people are criminals and the higher ups need to be thrown in prison and have their key thrown away.

Horrible people!!!! They do not invest in the apartments that they own. I lived in one for a long 10 years. I owed a balance when I moved out for normal wear and tear stuff, which I paid. 10 months later I get a collection notice saying I never paid it, absolutely crazy to have to deal with that.

They worked with me once and I paid my lot rent down and I'm in the black, but I get a threatening letter every month if not paid by such and such date! I pay the late fee which is 35 dollars because I have other bills on their due date. When I pay that money it should buy me some earnest time but it doesn't. I have paid my rent and late fees every month! Stay far away from these people they do not have your best interests at heart! They raised lot rent two times in two years last one 30 dollars because of street repair! Patched over concrete with asphalt! Won't last no time instead of fixing it right!

IREMCO has been in the property management business for decades and does a great job! They are fair with both their investors and tenants - in today's world that is a difficult balance.
