Nicole is always so accommodating! She fit us in earlier than our appointment time due to our own schedule issues. She got all three of us in and out looking fabulous! We are set for our trip now! I cannot recommend Nicole and her team enough. They're always so professional and fun, and they are the only people I trust with my nails!

Highly highly recommend iCare Nails & Spa! I'm very picky about my nails and have tried many nail salons and haven't found one I love as much as this one. I'm a repeat customer with Nicole and she always does an amazing job on my manicures. She really takes her time and makes sure they look great and I'm 100% happy with it. I realized day after once that I wasn't loving the color I got. I called and asked if I could change the color because I didn't love it. Even though this was no fault of iCares (I chose it) another worker got me in, changed the color super quick and didn't even have me pay for it! The staff is also always so friendly. I will continue to go to iCare every time I'm wanting my nails done!Service: Manicure

Update 04/2023: So I went back to iCare because my friend had a positive experience and I was hoping my mediocre experience was a one time thing, but I again spent most of my time waiting and asking repeatedly for warm water for my feet. It’s pretty miserable to sit with your feet in cold water. We had an appointment again and were told they had availability for us to do pedicures together, but this time, rather than my pedicure being abandoned for a walk-in, there was just no one there to do mine. My friend received her entire service while I waited for mine to start. Per the reply that was left, the surprise $2 added to my transaction was a convenience fee, and I did see that they added a sign at the register mentioning a fee, though no one points it out and it is not very noticeable, I’m just always looking for fine print everywhere I go because I’ve noticed over the last couple of years that business have been adding fees to transactions rather than adjusting pricing, and they also have started asking for gratuity for things that no one has ever been asked gratuity for (even my locksmith and fireplace tech asked for tips after providing already very expensive services). I’m going to recommend my gal pals and I go to another salon moving forward. I’ll also be asking upfront when booking if there is staff to perform two services simultaneously so that one of us is not waiting. This hasn’t happened anywhere else, but having gone through it twice now, I feel like I have to ask just in case. *End of update.I recently visited iCare for a mani/pedi with a friend. We made appointments, and everything was great except for a couple of issues, both of which happened to only me.During our appointment, someone walked in asking if they had time for two walk-ins, and they said yes. No big deal, except for the fact that my appointment was placed on hold mid-service for two walk-ins to be prioritized. I sat so long that the water in the foot tub became very cold and had chilled me to the point that my friend asked her tech to warm my water for me, which she did immediately and was extremely pleasant. This was a first for me, and I was pretty surprised, but I didn’t make any fuss and I still left the same tip I would have without that happening because that’s just me. Criticize if you want, but I still pay and tip even when mistakes are made. What bothers me perhaps more than being left in cold water is that I see my card was overcharged by $2. Now, I tipped over 20% and there was no need to take additional money from me, but I write VERY clearly on my receipts to avoid anyone taking advantage of the legibility of my writing. I’m concerned that the extra money added to my transaction may be commonplace, perhaps overlooked by most clients, but I monitor my accounts daily because I’ve suffered through fraud and identity theft before. Anyway, it was worth noting here so anyone reading this can make sure to check their card transactions. If I have any update to provide, I’ll will be sure to add it to this review.Besides those two things, my services were done pretty well with no injuries, no improper use of tools, and no use of prohibited tools. I like my mani and pedi, everyone was very friendly, and everything was pretty much as expected. My friend really liked her mani and pedi as well, and had a much better experience than mine.I would post an image of my manicure because the polish is beautiful, but due to another nail salon destroying my nail plate with a power tool during what was supposed to be a basic manicure such as the one I received at iCare, I have to wait for the damage to grow out before my nail polish will appear smooth again. I don’t want anyone to misunderstand and think that iCare caused my nails to look so bad.

This place is the BEST!!! The basic pedicure was luxurious! Thorough scrubbing of the feet, generous exfoliation, deep & complete massaging of the feet, between toes, shins and calves, I feel I have had a fully body massage. With the massage chair doing it’s part, it is full body! I highly recommend this place. Good thoughtful , attentive & considerate professionals work here.Service: Pedicure

First timer here! I got a gel mani which is originally $35, but since it was my first time I got $5 off. I did use a credit card and there was a $0.60 charge for that. I only found out after checking my banking app. I tried to schedule an appointment a week before via email and nicole responded right away but I never got a confirmation so I decided to walk in. They happily accepted me and I sat down right away! Yoyo helped me and was very friendly and kept good conversation. There was only one other woman on a Sunday afternoon, but then a woman walked in, who I assume is a regular because they spoke to her by name. She sat and waited a little bit, then two other walk ins came in but only two women were working. I asked if it was just them and she said yes. So my gel mani felt a bit rushed. I wish there were a bigger selection of color. It was one book with a lot of missing colors and then 2 rings of nails. Maybe I'm just picky, but I'll order the color I want on amazon and just bring it in for them to use. There was a little bit of skin I wish she cleared up (I noticed after the fact) but overall good experience. I work down the road so I'll be back! tip: * less busier Mondays and Wednesdays if you're looking to do a walk-in * definitely mention it being your first time for the discount * if you're trusting my review, lemme know so I can get that discount too!

I was visiting from out of town and decided to treat myself to a pedicure. Nicole was absolutely fabulous, she was kind, experienced and gave me a great pedicure. She even re-did my toe (without hesitation or complaint) when I accidentally smudged it getting my slipper on. We had a great conversation about our families and traveling. I felt like I was talking to an old friend. The spa was clean and well kept and if I'm ever back in town I will definitely come back to Nicole. Thanks to yelpers I was able to find a great place for a pedicure. I had several nail salons that were closer to my hotel, but based on the great feedback I chose to drive farther for iCare. I highly recommend them for your next pedicure!
