Sara and Shannon were great to work with through our project at the Manchester location. We did a lot of work and Sara had many suggestions to set up our kitchen in a very user friendly design as well as suggestions for bathrooms. Little things like placement of the dishwasher, in relation to the sink etc. We had a few difficulties during the course of our project and they were very helpful in getting it resolved. We will definitely use them again when more work comes up and as a referral to friends or family.

Ordered a small vanity from them 52 weeks ago. I have the vanity but still missing a drawer front that came damaged and was supposed to be replaced. Yes, it's been a year!!! Problems after problems. Also do not order omega cabinetry, they are part of the problem too.

My husband and I were checking out different businesses to renovate our master bathroom. When we went into Henry Kitchen & Bath in Chesterfield the receptionist didn't greet us, just kind of looked us up and down with a sour look on her face. I told her we were interested in talking with someone about having our master bathroom renovated. She rolled her eyes and then in a curt voice informed us that they work by appointment only. Then asked if I wanted to make an appointment. I told her "no thank you" and we left. Working by appointments only is fine if that's their policy but she could have handled it in a different way. Poor, poor customer service. If I could give Henry Kitchen & Bath zero stars I would. We are in the middle of having our bathroom renovated by another company and couldn't be more pleased with the service that we have been given by them. Thank you Henry Kitchen & Bath for your lack of customer service, you did us a favor.

Walked into the Chesterfield location to look at the showroom since I am renovating multiple homes. As I walked in , the receptionist never greeted me or asked me if I needed help . So , I asked her if I may look around the show room . Her answer was a stare and a "look me up and down" before she answered " yeah". I liked the selections and looked around for a salesperson. I saw one person behind her desk looking at her phone . I thought Maybe she was helping someone else . I walked back to the receptionist who lifted her head out of her phone as I ask her if I needed to set up an appointment to get assistance on a bathroom design. I would have thought that she would offer to set an appointment for me, but instead I got a curt answer from her, "probably". . I guess she read me wrong from the minute I walked through the door! Henry Supply, obviously you do not want my business. So,I will take my extensive budget to another company , not "probably" , but "definitely "!!!

I needed a toilet replaced was referred by my plumber to go to Plumber's Supply/Henry Kitchen and Bath. I worked with Brittney and Meredith and both were wonderful. Very kind. Knowledgeable got me exactly what I needed. I even picked up a shower head that I desperately needed. They quickly showed me options and explained the pros/cons of each. Highly recommend the Chesterfield location and Brittney and Meredith (and Laura too!) Thanks Henry Kitchen and Bath for a super easy experience!

We recently completed a renovation of our kitchen and main bathroom with the HK&B team in Chesterfield, and we are SO happy with the results! Everyone we worked with, from our designer, Paige Wilbert, to the installers, were professional and very talented. We had a very specific vision and budget and HK&B delivered on everything we asked for, including navigating inspections and permitting. Highly recommend!

My mom contracted Henry's Kitchen and Bath for a $30k+ remodel job. It has been hassles and headaches from the beginning. When they delivered the countertop for her laundry area, the delivery person stated the granite was too heavy for the setup because there was no middle support and claimed Henry's never should have ordered it to begin with. It had to be reordered and substituted for a lighter weight and different material. The first installers that brought it in did a terrible job. They didn't cut it properly so there was a gap on the top and they damaged the walls installing it so my mom had to pay to have her painter patch and repaint the walls they damaged. They also cut the top of the counter to get it over the electrical fixtures instead of removing the electrical plate! After that, Henry had to send the workman in charge to come swap it out again (3rd time a top was ordered) and install it themselves rather than have the granite company install it. They did a less than amazing job of the final laundry room door install, as the right cabinet door for her washer/dryer protrudes out about a quarter to a half inch more than the left cabinet door, thus not allowing for a perfect seal. The bathtub (which was almost $10k) was cracked and damaged upon arrival and the company wanted to just repair it rather than replace it. They claim they replaced it, but it when it came, it was lacking the glazing and finish it was supposed to have. They had to come in and put new surfacing on it after it had already been installed. Since then, there's been leaking issues with the tub and they had to come out THREE TIMES before they were able to determine the cause of the leak and fix it. Henry's called the bath supplier because it was under warranty, but instead of them contacting Henry's directly, they called my mom asking her what parts were needed. She had to redirect them back to Henry's, then they ordered the wrong parts! When they arrived to install, they realized they had the wrong part and had to reorder again. It's been nothing but headaches from the supplier (American Standard) and from Henry's, the contractor. They've also had to adjust the stopper in the tub multiple times because it doesn't raise up to allow the water to drain sufficiently, so the water sits for a while and is slow to fully drain out. Also, my mom is in the high risk category for Covid-19 and when she first called Henry's, she made sure to remind them to make sure their employees to wear a mask upon arrival. The head contractor arrived wearing NO MASK and didn't even have one to put on. Absolutely ridiculous and completely unprofessional behavior in a pandemic. She's spent $30k+ and has gotten horrible service and has had nonstop repairs and headaches. I do not recommend using this company for anything, as I've seen other 2 star reviews claiming similar customer service issues. Very disappointed and dissatisfied with the work they've done for her.

Henry performed a one hundred percent remodeling of my bathroom. It is now senior safe, serene, and luxurious. Linda Jaffray took incredible pains with the smallest of details, traveling with me to many vendors. The install team was outstandingly first class! I could not have asked for a better experience or a finer result.

We just completed a complete remodel of our kitchen/dining room/living room area making everything open concept. This is the second time we've worked with Sara at the Des Peres store for a house remodel and she is awesome. She has the vision to put together what we wanted. We met on probably a dozen occasions to get the project done including coming to our house to look at the area first-hand. The previous time we used Henry's and Sara as our designer was 6 years ago when we did a complete remodel of all bathrooms in our house. We were so pleased with the work and quality, that it was a no-brainer to go back to her when we needed our kitchen done this time.
