Called about a particular firearm I was interested in, but they didn't have the item in stock. Offered to order it, told me what day it would be in. Texted me on the day the gentleman had stated it would be in. Drove out, completed paperwork, passed background, left with my new firearm. The whole process was just very customer service oriented. Great job!!

Hellbent Firearms is veteran centered, and Tom was kind, honest, knowledgeable, and professional. He also was offering very competitive pricing on the firearm I was looking for, which was a very specific Benelli M4 variant. Additionally, he was kind enough to locate a hard to acquire Beretta 92 barrel from his inventory that I had been looking to purchase for over three years (that was over the top, and super cool of you Tom, thanks again). My experience with Tom at Hellbent Firearms was exemplary, I wholeheartedly endorse this gun shop, and will remember to reach out to them first if I'm ever in need of another firearm. 5 stars, 10/10

Called a couple performance shops in the area looking for a Edge CTS3 monitor. They are the only ones that actually picked up the phone. While they didn’t have what I wanted they ordered it and I had it the next day. The other shops called me back several hours later. Awesome people, great customer service. Found my new shop.

Not only did they do excellent work, but they also solved what could have been a very costly problem with a very cost-effective repair. I highly recommend them to the off-road community and those who drive off-road vehicles but never leave the road.

Hellbent Firearms: Tom was great to deal with, everything was super smooth. They had what I needed at a great price and shipped it to my FFL that day. I could not be happier with Hellbent Firearms. I also own a Lifted JKUR so I may hit up Tim for some Jeep parts as well. THANKS AGAIN!!!

Was going to spend about 6k on two vehicles here, talked to someone not so knowledgable in person at the desk who said they would get back to me that day with pricing, i called after a week and talked to someone different who sent me pricing that day, i agreed to the pricing and tried to set a date to drop the axles off for regearing and lockers and have since been ghosted(2 months) ive sent several follow up emails as well, im glad they did because looking back i assume they dont do that hardcore of work much. do yourself a favor and go here for your lift kits, tires and wheels but take your big boy projects to a big boy shop

Would definitely do business with Tom again. Stand up guy and does what he says. Had some issues with the shipping company and he rectified them well beyond what he had to or needed to do... he was a man of his word and a clearly runs a stand up company. Pretty hard to find those things in this day and age. Hooah
