As the President of Montgomery County Fire Alliance I would like to thank Heavy Duty Equipment on behalf of all the Chiefs for their generous donation of leaf blowers that were able to be shared with 4 of our fire departments. As the Chief of Montgomery Fire I’d like to personally thank you for the two new leaf blowers that allowed us to make our tankers even more ready for this year’s season.
The shop looked great while we were there too, lots of nice equipment.

Heavy Duty is the only place I trust for my equipment. The parts manager is very knowledgeable and helps me get what I need. He never makes me feel pressured and i walk out of there confident my equipment is in good hands. Service is fast and dependable. I highly recommend HDE.

I have been doing business with HD forever, I purchase all my parts and equipment here . The parts manager Mark is the best to work with. Mark has always been very nice and helpful . If parts are not in stock he will get them ordered asap . If you ever need parts give Mark a call he's your man!

As someone who worked at HDE, do not trust their parts department, the manager openly admits that the guy at the counter knows nothing, not only to employees but to customers as well. He also will tell you that a vendor is having trouble getting/shipping your part when he simply forgot to order it, and good luck getting trailer parts from here either. Not a trustworthy guy. Everyone talked behind everyone’s back and complains about everything. If you’re wanting a healthy work environment, look elsewhere. Alex is a good guy though.

This place is great. Tim the service writer actually knows about the product and is super helpful and friendly, a real people person. You should bring equipment here for service, trust me.
