We have been left with a broken copier from this firm for a month. Being a busy healthcare organization, this firm had a terrible response, would not accommodate/ offer a remedy and said to "sue them." Not professional. Reality is, we may have to sue them.

Wonderful service, helpful staff. Not sure what the other bad review is all about these people are great. They go out of there way to help.
