I recently visited Ferguson to find faucets, shower heads and everything we needed for our bathroom remodels. I was fortunate to be assisted by Lars, who greatly exceeded my expectations. He demonstrated remarkable patience and kindness, guiding me through the selection process with a keen understanding of both style and functionality.
Lars's expertise was evident in every recommendation he made, ensuring that I had everything needed for a successful remodel. Could not be more thankful for expertise!!

They have or can get just about any fixture or appliance. The staff is also very knowledgeable and are very willing to help.

Went here looking for bathroom & shower faucets.....this store has so much more. They have bathtubs of every style, faucets from variety of manufacturers, lighting for different rooms and finally there is also numerous kitchen appliances..Nichole is very knowledgeable and helpful..Ask for her.

Over a period of 9 to 13 months, I have spent a lot of money at Ferguson thru my contractor's recommendation, etc. Ferguson's is high priced, poor customer service and gives a lot of excuses thru my contractor. They are poor communicators. As of this writing, my home was handed over to me 1 month ago, they still have not picked up my credit items nor settled my account. I would highly NOT recommend them.

They have tub models on the floor that are discontinued, two of which I fell in love with. Only to be told I can't have them. Then get the tubs that aren't available off the showroom floor. It's simple. Very disappointed

I am remodeling my shower. I went to the show room and was assisted by Justin who is fantastic. I ordered a shower head, neck etc. The arm was too long because my shower is small. So I contacted build.com to return the long one and replace it. Initially the customer service representative said ok, then the call was disconnected. I ordered a replacement that cost approximately $62. I called back and the next agent gave me a hard time. Therefore, I went back to the showroom and left the arm to be returned and asked that the manager get in touch with me.If I could give minus zero I would

Three years ago we worked with Lars, who provided excellent customer service, assisting us with kitchen appliance upgrades.
We are currently planning a ground up new construction build and stopped by the showroom "to look & view current selections". Our greeting was "polite", but nothing further to make us feel welcomed.
Upon the lady asking what brought us in, I responded with a general "nothing specific, just looking at current selections". I then asked if, by chance I could have a bottle of water (remembering from the prior visits multiple other bottles provided), I was informed, "no we don't have any available due to COVID". This certainly did not appear to be a genuine response.
I wonder if I would have requested to meet with a showroom consultant and placed an order for $50,000 in new construction kitchen & bath products, if the answer would have been the same?? I'm guessing not!
It was also quite refreshing to open various display products and see partial cases and bottles of various beverages, that I'm sure have not been sitting there since pre-covid. I've been to other "boutique" establishments that have no problem offering a beverage. Actually, RSI has a very nice coffee station, along with bottled watered, offered with no "COVID" restrictions.
To further clarify the 2 star review; this is not strictly from the denial of a bottle of water. It includes three staff too busy in a group conversation to meet us anywhere else in the store to offer any further assistance,

Jill C. Is incredibly thorough and knowledgeable! She thought of every little detail for my project and made my decision making easy! That is huge coming from the most indecisive person out there. Walking in the showroom was overwhelming, but she kept me focused and within my budget. I highly recommend requesting Jill. It’s obvious she has been in the business for a long time with her knowledge and shopping experience she provided.***Ferguson/Jill beat area competition pricing!! 100% recommend them both!
