Showed up not realizing they were 1 minute from closing. Needed to use the print and go feature which is so convenient. Probably takes me less than 2 minutes to print what I need. However, the gentleman, told me that they were closing soon and there wasn't enough time for me to come in. I guess I was under the understanding that if you showed up before close that you were able to do what you needed within reason.I use to print and go feature on almost a daily basis for work. I was really surprised that they would not allow me to use the self-service printing while still technically open. Did not get the friendliest vibe from the gentleman closing with salt and pepper colored hair and goatee.

I didn't realize this place is open till 7 PM and I had to return a computer that only lasted a couple months. The people are friendly and kind inside and if it's pre-label just drop it off at Mike out took me less than two minutes. I recommend this location anybody in the area as they have great hours and the people are very helpful.

I've been in there many times before to have something I printed re-printed on cardstock and laminated; it takes a staff member less than 1 minute to do. This time, I was charged a "full service" fee of $2.50 which doubled my bill (lamination was $2.49 and the piece of cardstock was $.29). Although I clearly have cancer, they didn't bother to notify me that if they did it, there would be an additional fee. When I called assuming it was a mistake, they said, "Well, we ring you out before we do anything." Incorrect. Alex R. rang me out after the fact. Absolutely horrible customer service. Who charges a cancer patient clearly in active treatment a service fee to help them? Disgusting.

If you would like to ship a package - Do not use this location. I've used it 3 times now and 2 of the 3 did not receive a Driver Pick up. A driver decided to just not pick up - Two out of Three times now. I though the 1st was a fluke, but the response I received from the location is "sometimes they just don't pick up"

Dan was so incredibly helpful in printing my wedding invitations! I had so many questions and he helped me look at all of the options and made sure I received the exact finished product I wanted. He provided stellar customer service, I will definitely recommend this location and their services in the future!

12/28/21, today about 10-10:30am. i parked in front of one of the vertical post marked "fedex customers". when i got inside the fedex store, i noticed the 2 employees, one male and one female 40-50 years. they had come from behind the counter and they were talking and looking in the parking lot. They didn't have name tags. The guy didn't greet me, but said looking at my vehicle, " Does something look wrong?". I looked at my vehicle. i backed into the post. i left the store and moved my vehicle forward. The post moved back to the vertical position. The post wasn't damaged. I went back into fedex and told the male employee that the post is spring loaded, he had nothing to say. This employee said a couple of things to me on my way out the door before i moved my vehicle. The location has video cameras to verify what happened. Fedex has a code of conduct, "The purple promise" " I will make every experience outstanding". The purple promise standard was not met.

Extremely rude staff! Has happened multiple times. They act as if they are doing you a favor. Not going there again.

Jon was a HUGE help with everything that I needed help with. He went above and beyond to fix the issues I was having, unloaded and loaded boxes into my car and help come up with a better shipping solution. 10/10 highly recommended this location for your needs. This staff is amazing!

I had to make a return of something I bought online. When I went to the company website to begin the return process they said they use "Happy Returns." Happy Returns can be dropped off at any Fedex Kinko's Office center. I dropped by on a Thursday afternoon. The company emailed me a QR code after I filled out the necessary return information. When I got there I had to wait in line for a few but the clerk was super friendly. He scanned the QR code on my phone and looked at the item I was returning. He said check your email. Sure enough I had just been emailed and e-gift card from the website the item was from. He said you're done! How cool is that? I'll be back!

Incredibly disappointing experience. They don't receive emails, or their system is incredibly slow. They seriously need to update their system. I am not giving a one star only because the people were nice. I hate to leave bad reviews, but this had to be said. They also tried to blame it on us that we were the reason why they want receiving the emails
