Being a graphic designer, I’ve gone to more Kinkos in my life than I can count. This experience felt very shady. I dropped off a brochure at this location early in the morning and clearly stated I was hoping to pick it up the next morning. The employee said “okay,” and gave no mention of any rush fees. Later that same day, I happened to call to check on the status and was told the job was done—but if I picked it up that day, there would be a $17 rush fee.
At no point during drop-off was I informed that same-day pickup would incur an additional charge. I didn’t ask for same-day; I was told it would be ready by the next morning, which was fine. The fee was only brought up once the job was already done and I proactively followed up.
The lack of communication and transparency is incredibly frustrating. If you’re going to charge a rush fee, be upfront about it. This experience left a bad taste, and I’ll be looking elsewhere next time.

I had forgotten to print out a match card for the team today. The manager was super helpful printed it for me and said consider it a contribution to the team. He didn’t have to do that and was super nice about it. If you need anything printed or shipped pay it forward as they have!

I had a bad experience this morning at 8 AM on March 5, 2025, at the Clarkson Chesterfield, MO, FedEx location with a middle-aged man. I needed to purchase a shipping envelope to send a document and a prepaid envelope to receive it back, but he refused to help. He insisted it would be easier if I completed everything online and returned only to drop it off. I explained that it was snowing and inconvenient to drive home and back, but he still refused.

no responsibility, delivery not completed, informed to deliver next day but waited 10 days, finally informed lost package and contacted the place of purchase??? waste of time and money,

Charged me $161 for a shipment, they forgot to ship.. had to follow up muptiple times. Finally they located the package and shipped it 3 weeks late.. to add cherry on top, I get a new bill for $172. Customer service number always takes me to robots, no human.. this company has gone from great to dumpster..

I’ve used this location for multiple shipping orders and all staff members have always been friendly and helpful. I also recently had many items printed for a wedding. Chad went above snd beyond to help make sure everything was exactly as expected. Other team members were also helpful and met or exceeded due dates for the materials. My go to location!

Showed up not realizing they were 1 minute from closing. Needed to use the print and go feature which is so convenient. Probably takes me less than 2 minutes to print what I need. However, the gentleman, told me that they were closing soon and there wasn't enough time for me to come in. I guess I was under the understanding that if you showed up before close that you were able to do what you needed within reason.I use to print and go feature on almost a daily basis for work. I was really surprised that they would not allow me to use the self-service printing while still technically open. Did not get the friendliest vibe from the gentleman closing with salt and pepper colored hair and goatee.

I didn't realize this place is open till 7 PM and I had to return a computer that only lasted a couple months. The people are friendly and kind inside and if it's pre-label just drop it off at Mike out took me less than two minutes. I recommend this location anybody in the area as they have great hours and the people are very helpful.

I've been in there many times before to have something I printed re-printed on cardstock and laminated; it takes a staff member less than 1 minute to do. This time, I was charged a "full service" fee of $2.50 which doubled my bill (lamination was $2.49 and the piece of cardstock was $.29). Although I clearly have cancer, they didn't bother to notify me that if they did it, there would be an additional fee. When I called assuming it was a mistake, they said, "Well, we ring you out before we do anything." Incorrect. Alex R. rang me out after the fact. Absolutely horrible customer service. Who charges a cancer patient clearly in active treatment a service fee to help them? Disgusting.

If you would like to ship a package - Do not use this location. I've used it 3 times now and 2 of the 3 did not receive a Driver Pick up. A driver decided to just not pick up - Two out of Three times now. I though the 1st was a fluke, but the response I received from the location is "sometimes they just don't pick up"
