I've had important business packages take 2 weeks longer to be delivered, but God forbid the manager at this location stay 2 minutes after closing to process 2 more envelops under my corporate business account. I got there 10 minutes before closing, had 8 envelops, got 6 processed and was promptly shuffled out the door at the stroke of 7 pm.What happened to customer service? The new employee processing my envelops worked quickly. The manager was the one insistent to stop.

This is a great FedEx location and the people are very friendly. I do recommend this FedEx location because they do help you even if you don't have a box but I just had to mail something it was quite easy but I made it in five minutes they were going to close and I made it by five minutes. That was a great experience!

I had to make a return of something I bought online. When I went to the company website to begin the return process they said they use "Happy Returns." Happy Returns can be dropped off at any Fedex Kinko's Office center. I dropped by on a Thursday afternoon. The company emailed me a QR code after I filled out the necessary return information. When I got there I had to wait in line for a few but the clerk was super friendly. He scanned the QR code on my phone and looked at the item I was returning. He said check your email. Sure enough I had just been emailed and e-gift card from the website the item was from. He said you're done! How cool is that? I'll be back!

January 3, I found a parking spot specifically dedicated to FedEx customers. That was a good thing, as I was taking in a return of a 40-inch TV that was not only heavy, but cumbersome. I called the day before and asked if someone would be available to help get this behemoth into the store. The answer was "YES"!! Upon arrival, I decided I could haul this dang thing into the store myself. And I did. The clerk said I could have called from the parking lot, and someone would have helped me get this into the store. Or I could have come into the store first to ask for assistance. That was lovely, but I didn't do any of it. Call me stubborn. That fits! I got a receipt and was told this would be a Monday arrival. Fabulous, quick and friendly service.

Amazing customer service! Chad helped us order posters for a funeral and allow for us to pick them up closer to where we will be for the services (to avoid traveling with them). He helped transfer pictures from phones, CDs, and jump drives. He took care that the resolution would work and corrected contrast/brightness. We appreciated his help and kindness during our difficult time.

I recently paid for a customized packaging service of $39,99 + tax to make a box in the size of my coffee table and they used the biggest box they had in the store without telling me. Guess what... I had to pay 3 times as much as the original shipping because of the oversize. What was $68 (original shipping) became $209 + $39,99. I tried to contact them a couple of times but nobody replied to my emails. Totally unprofessional.
