When we purchased our furniture we were well pleased . . 4 years later not so much . . The foot rest on one of the recliners looks terrible . . Shoes have never been worn . . Have sent Diana Dunbar email with pic . .no response. . Paid for warranty that was to cover anything . . . Dresser drawer literally fell off in my hand . . They are replacing entire dresser . . Ethan Allen isn't what it used to be.

Of all my experiences, this one was probably the best one I have had. Diana was a person who provided assistance in the selection of a new chair including color, height, and whatever was needed to make an informed decision. I felt as though we could take our time, no pressure whatsoever! She listened to our thoughts regarding the kind of chair we wanted, provided us with options, both to order and in the store. Visited a couple of times and she is an example of a consummate sales representative because it was about our need to have something that suited our taste, color, and situation. I highly recommend Ethan Allen and this design person to visit and expect to best experience.

My wife and I bought a new house recently in Creve Coeur and visited Ethan Allen's design center in Chesterfield Valley. There we met with Jennifer Johnson. She is an excellent designer and has a nice sense of space, color, and interior decor. Our great room is now a real showplace, and though Ethan Allen certainly isn't inexpensive, it still was half of what some Frontenac-area stores want to charge. Her design makes the house!

We cannot speak more highly of Jennifer Johnson and Ethan Allen. We moved to a new home while still flying back and forth from our previous state while engaging in renovations and Jennifer was always available, always patient with us and really listened to how we want to "live" in the home. She showed us amazing designs and helped me move out of my comfort zone --- I tend to fall back to the same designs. We LOVE everything--- indoor, outdoor and candidly i call her a friend now!Jennifer has a keen eye for design and is someone we trust implicitly with designing our home!

Wonderful expereince working with Lynzi!We've recently purchase a new home and treated ourselves to a new dining table from Ethan Allen to accomodate our family especially throughout the holidays.We purchased a gorgeous dining room (full length with 2 leaves) table along with table top pad and two host arm chairs.We've received the table and pads a few days ago. Just in time for Christmas!Smooth delivery. They had a cancellation and were able to deliver ealier than expected that day, which was great because I got to move along with my day.Movers were very professional, punctual, attentive, personable and engaging. I know!With customer service at an all time low, this means a lot.They were accurate in assmbling the table and left me a very satisfied client.With over 20 years, working with other furniture retailers, we'd become increasingly disapointed with the selection and service in home furnishings.The peices we've discovered at Ethan Allen are not only beautiful but, timeless. Some stately and others styles comtemporary. What's more, is the quality. If you haven't, go check them out and see for yourself.The service is exceptional. Very professional.We love working with Lyzi! She is an expert in design and a great listener and continues to offer excellent customer care. With her keen eye, lazer focus and great style, we won't want to leave our home, due to it's extravagant flow and beauty.We've got a bit of Sq Footage to furnish and from our experience from the moment we stepped onto the gallery floor, hosted by Lynzi and once decided on our first major addition to this new property, we are confident that both Lynzi and Ethan Allen will be our go to as we complete each room's design.It's so eciting! We have been Ethan Allen customers for decades and rate the quality of their furniture as exceptional. That is not to say that customer service has not been involved in resolving minor issues after delivery...resulting in complete satisfaction. Beyond the satisfaction with our Ethan Allen experience is our 5-star experience with Lynzi Wise at the Chesterfield store. Over the past 35+ years, we have worked with many designers but not one compares to Lynzi. Her expertise, experience, natural design talent, and down-to-earth personality is a huge asset to the Ethan Allen brand. Lynzi has helped us select the perfect pieces for multiple rooms--she makes us comfortable with the process and 100% satisfied with the final outcome. We highly recommend Lynzi for any project, large or small.

This is my first experience with Ethan Allen. I always thought the store was too expensive. When I could not find what I wanted anywhere, I tried Ethan Alllen. Diana D. helped me and designed the most fantastic room I've ever seen! I was shocked that the prices were competitive with other quality furniture stores. The service I received was outstanding and I wish I could give Diana and the store 20 stars! My furniture arrived yesterday, right on time, and I could not be happier. Go to Ethan Allen and ask for Diana!

Stopped in and they had some nice pieces. I was interested in ordering a custom rug but no one greeted me or asked if they could assist me. I guess I need to return in my business suit so that someone will assist me next time.

Brian was so helpful working with us when choosing living room pieces. Two of the pieces were just delivered and they’re perfect in our space. The delivery men called ahead and were right on time. We appreciated the care taken with furniture placement and use of pads. All top notch service!
