Absolutely loved my massage! Me and my fiancé saw Kaden and Luda and they were both phenomenal. Great hospitality and a relaxing atmosphere. I’ve had quite a few massages at this point and I can say this was one of the best I’ve ever had. We’ll definitely be back! :)

Excellent staff! Arei and Mason was our couple masseuse. They were the best. Great attitude and great technique.
The only negative I have was the tables was staggered in a way that I couldn't see my fiancé.
Overall it was a great experience

I am a massage therapist myself and I had a really really painful terrible massage with I believe "Tiffany".... the receptionist was so sweet and the manager followed up to make it right and match me with the right therapist for me. Luda was absolutely fantastic. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a massage. And I will definitely be booking with her again soon!

I came in from out of town and I’m short notice. They were able to find me a two hour massage. I had Joseph because I requested very firm pressure. Not only was he amazing at his craft, but he kept checking in with me to make sure the hard pressure was at the correct level. if I lived in the area, most certainly would be here as often as I could. Definitely 10 out of 10.

I received an alert to write a review for my service but I never actually received my service. Unfortunately the location called 10 mins before my scheduled arrival time and said there was an emergency so they had to cancel. I live about 25mins away so I was driving and didn’t see the message until I arrived. I went inside and the woman at the front desk was very kind and apologized for the situation. She asked if I wanted to reschedule. I did not at the time.
I sat down a moment to call my husband and ask about dinner since I was already out. While I was on the phone the very kind front desk woman brought over a coupon for one of their $10 upgrades- which was nice.
I’m not sure if I will reschedule. The woman was apologetic and I understand that sometimes emergencies happen. I do want to stress how nice she was.
My frustration was the website made a point to call out cancelations within 24 hours being charged and having to put a credit card down, but clients aren’t given a similar courtesy. Again I know things happen but it is frustrating to plan your day around an appointment and have it canceled 10 minutes before and that’s it.

I found Elements Massage on Groupon, so I thought I would try it out. I got a normal 90-minute massage with Craig. The inside is very peaceful and the receptionist was kind and helpful. My appointment was at 8:45am, so I came a few minutes early. Online and the front doors say that they don't open until 9:00, but I walked right in with no issues. I scheduled my appointment with Craig, who was absolutely amazing. He consistently checked in throughout the massage without doing so in a way that was disruptive to the massage. I like firm massages and Craig applied just the right amount of pressure. Additionally, he was able to use pressure points to release tension. Overall, an amazing and pleasant experience. I initially had to reschedule, but faced no challenges with their cancellation policy or any confusion in the process. I don't get massages frequently, but I do plan on returning sometime!

Message was fine and got a membership - Cancelling the membership is a hassle and you also have to use any credits that you have saved within 60 days and I will likely waste money because of it. If you are on the fence at all about a membership, dont do it.
