Overall pretty great experience. Painless. Other than the amount of time that it takes to purchase a car. It takes so long.... took us 6 hours on a beautiful weekend. Good thing I don't do this often.

Read the fine print! The lady said everything was included in the $699 price, I pointed to every paper and even and about the it twice! Come to find out not everything is in the $699 protection plan. That stuff was all seperate !! I even tried asking her that several times! They don’t bother telling you about the cost of the $600 dent coverage, $3800 warranty coverage, $500 catalytic converter coverage, and the gap coverage they sneak into the cost of the vehicle along with with $699 protection coverage which is a joke and a gimmick by itself. Good thing I read everything! Then the lady wanted to argue with me that she told us about it. No, Beth you did Not! Just another way to scam people out of money.

Took a while our sales lady(Beth) was dealing with us and another family, get to signing paperwork and tried to throw a fast one on us with exta protection plans after we asked if it was all 1 price and she said yes then come to find out it was 6k more. Jason, Nick, and Nick the managers were good and would talk to us and interact with our 1 yr old daughter.
