Darryl , Kyle and Jonathan were amazing , I had an emergency on my way to Kansas City and I have a very difficult tire size for my bmw and they not only had it in stock but got me in and out in less that 30 minutes. Kudos you guys killing it!!!

This is my go to place for TLC with my vehicles. Today I had an issue I was sure would require dealership hands, but Dobbs took care of it with professionalism and care that is customary. There is a reason their website is GoToDobbs.

1st time using Dobb’s only because my primary auto repair business in Chesterfield valley (TireChoice) not longer offers state emission testing. Great experience! Got an appointment easily. Was greeted by a very pleasant and friendly service desk person. He said my wait would be about an hour due to it being the last day of the month and all the other procrastinators were there for inspections and it took exactly an hour. I will definitely start giving Dobb’s a look for my auto/tire husiness

Pressure on one of my tires dropped immensely driving from out of town through the area via I64. We pulled up and I thought “oh man it’s gonna be a while” because there were cars everywhere it seemed - both inside and out - and there was a lot of activity in the parking lot with a wrecker dropping off and etcetera. A gentleman met me outside, took my key and pointed me toward the office to get in the system. Once inside and my info was collected, we walked across the street to pickup a couple things at a store and right before we could even get back I received a call that we were ready to go.
A two inch nail was removed, the tire patched and plugged like new, as prompt as you could imagine on a busy Saturday morning and very reasonable!!!
Could not have been any happier with the whole experience! Thank you!!!

Darryl fit me in for a tire repair! So nice as I had called 2 other Dobbs’ locations who said they were booked but he was as awesome and said his location would take care of me! Took 1 hr and was finished exactly when he said it would be!! That’s my new Dobbs location now!!! Thx again! And repair was free because tires were purchased at Dobbs!!

My son had a flat over the weekend. I called Daab’s first thing Monday morning and they fit me in. They even ordered the tire I needed and had it delivered the same day. Because the old tire was new, I questioned how this could happen. They even brought out the old tire and showed me the damage. They were very professional and patient with all my questions And made sure I understood exactly why the tire needed to be replaced.
