“So i absolutely adore this store however I think it's annoying that it's called 5 below and almost everything is more, especially when I see some things that iv seen elsewhere that was way cheaper I get jt different stores different prices but ehen the title to your name is 5 below and people on a budget see the name they think "oh heck yeah" just to get there to realize a few things here and there are 5$. I just kinda feel as if it is misinterpreted. Like I said I see things there that's iv seen at the dollar store but 5 dollars there. Just doesn't make since. However I can't help but to say this store is one of my favorites they have such a huge variety of things I literally get stuck in the store everytime.”

“I had an amazing experience at 5 Below while purchasing 34 glass drink containers. On April 30th, 2024, around 2 PM, a manager and an employee provided outstanding assistance. They were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, ensuring I found everything I needed. Their exceptional service exceeded my expectations. Kudos to the staff for their outstanding performance. I highly recommend their superiors award their service excellence.”
“We actually enjoyed our shopping experience. There were items that were a deal but also some that were definitely dollar store type items. Great selection of items. I bought a charging wire that ended up not working…waste of $5. I just didn’t feel like driving back for a return. The customer service was excellent. “This Dollar Tree is mid-size and carries a lot of inventory. Most of the items are $1.25, with the exception of the dollar plus section where items are $3 or $5. Sunglasses are $1.50. This location had items I have not seen at other DTs, like colored extension cords and T-rex tape cutter. When the lines got long, they had 2 cashiers working that shortened the wait time at checkout. “I frequent many Dollar Trees throughout the week and this location has the best service. Recently the Manager Therese helped locate Dino Smashers we were on the hunt for. She saw they had them on hand in a recent shipment and went above and beyond to find them in the back and unbox them for us. No Dollar Tree Employee has ever taken the time to do this. She was so kind and made my son’s day after we had gone to multiple locations. She is professional, passionate, and has excellent service which is hard to find these days. This is our favorite location!”

“I shop DG because there are some food, household, and personal care items that I just don't care to park a football field away at Walmart and trudge through the store to buy the same, virtually the same, or equivalent item at twice the price. So, when I discover I'm out of antiperspirant or shave cream I head to DG, park in front of the store, grab what I want, and I'm out in a jiffy. This location also has refrigerated and frozen foods.”

“The people here are always very friendly, and the store is always well stocked. I specifically want to call out Will. I went in tonight and was looking for something for my son’s birthday. Will was friendly and asked if I found what I was looking for. When I mentioned the situation, Will immediately jumped in to help. He asked someone to cover the other register so he could go in back and find me what I was looking for. He said he saw one and knew exactly where it was in back. I appreciate Will for going above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service.”
