The brushless car wash cleans great without destroying anything on my car. I bring my towels since the towels available are wet. Obviously, the towels are not dried after they are washed.

Jay was awesome, I tried to hire him to come work for me he talked me into the higher club wash and made it easy to sign up and check out with an awesome intro rate for the first 3 months. He was personable, knowledgeable and ready to help however he could. He deserves a raise! Here's to hoping the wash is everything I hope it to be!

I'm happy about this incredible touchless self-care car wash that's conveniently located Chesterfield! It's absolutely fantastic, trust me! it also effectively shields your precious vehicle from those pesky spider webs and annoying scratches that can happen with traditional car washes. They even have an amazing monthly membership program that you might want to consider joining! It's just so amazing!

My vehicle stays pretty clean overall. I couldn't imagine getting very good results with this type of wash if you have an average dirty vehicle.Every one of these Country Club tunnels pushes the vehicle too quickly resulting in poor cleaning, poor rinsing, and poor drying.If you keep a clean vehicle and wash it once or twice a week this does an ok job but eventually you're going to have to hand wash to get all the leftover soap residue and stuff off.

The car wash in Chesterfield Valley nearly wrecked my vehicle yesterday. Manager wouldn’t speak to me. No phone number on the website. No one calls me back when I submit the contact form. If you’re looking for even a D- level of customer service you won’t find it here. Use at your own risk!

Quick and convenient place to take care of the dirt and grime on your vehicle, inside and out. Only complaint was the wax dried without getting taken off, or something. HAD to wipe it down to get the little bits of wax (?) off.

I have been a customer with a full service membership for 3-4 years now. I recently had a significant crack in my windshield that I am waiting for the insurance company to replace. I stopped by the car wash in Saint Peters off Mexico Rd, even though I could not get my car washed due to the stress fracture in the windshield, I still needed to have my car vacuumed out.I pulled up to the full service area and asked the car wash manager if they could just vacuum out my vehicle. The manager informed me if I couldn't get the car washed they could not vacuum my car out even if I have a monthly membership. Since the car wash was unable to fulfill the membership agreement, I asked the manager to refund the monthly membership fee.The manager ended up refunding me my monthly membership fee and canceling my membership permanently.I didn't and still don't understand, I pay for the full service platinum car wash membership that includes vacuuming my vehicle. There was no issues with being able to pull up to the full service area. You do not have to drive through the car wash to access the full service area.I called another Country Club Car Wash off Hwy K O'Fallon, MO requesting to be able to speak to corporate office/district manager prior posting my review, but I was hung up on. **It seems like a foolish policy, considering the company would make more of a profit doing less for the same amount of membership fee(s) and tips.Now I will be going to a different car wash company. Policy should be reconsidered and the employees, especially management, needs more training how to treat customers without hostility.Services: Auto interior vacuuming
