Love this bank and the great staff. I bank here because it is staffed well and offers comprehensive banking services with branches all over the place. The app is great and the fees are reasonable.

I was hacked and scammed out of 500$ by cashapp who refused to return it. Chelsea Sicklinger and her (supervisor?) were so so kind and understanding I can't say enough great things about them. They got my money returned personally and got me a new account so cashapp can't steal it back. Chelsea was so supportive when I told her about my rough background and how I was finally getting on my feet with my homelessness and sobriety. Thank God for beautiful people like her. She deserves a promotion and raise, she is truly a kind person and amazing at her job. I would be a wreck if she hadn't helped me so quickly. Chelsea, thank you so much. I put your note on my fridge for motivation to stay strong and keep going. You do the same :)
I highly recommend her as a brilliant and kind banker and human being. The world is a better place just for having her and she helped me when I was scared of relapsing from all the stress and how awful and abusive cashapp support treated me and lied to me.
Do not trust cashapp! Use commerce.
They are the best bank I have ever used, especially this branch.

The drive thru experience is miserable. They ignored me for several minutes until I rang the bell again. Then they still took over 10 minutes to process my check. Again, I had to ring the bell. I was the only person in the drive thru. I have been a customer for 30+ years and I expect better service. Other branches are much more attentive and efficient.

I just started a bank an account with commerce bank on the 6/27 i was told that my card will be mailed that day. After over 10 days i did not get my card. I spoke with an assistant manager Amanda at Manchester branch and she informed me if it did not come i can get the card printed. I went to wood mills branch and spoke with Melissa the manager she was unwilling to help me and told me she can not help me because i was a new banker. She never tried to find another resolution she just denied me of help. I called Amanda while i was at the bank and Amanda told me that i could she put me on hold and proceeded to chat with Melissa through computer Melissa tells me she can’t do anything for you either. Amanda gets back on the phone and says i can’t do anything . Despite the wrong information she provided me. Lack of verbiage and customer service skills. I was provided Ann Bronson email and i spoke with her over the phone she lack skills as well she even told so you want to close the account because i pulled my money out. She completely ignored the experience i had.
