There are a LOT of bad reviews for a LOT of good reasons. That said, all of the locals in the area know to come during Cari's shift, when they're sure to receive fantastic service, good tunes, and a bit of free therapy. The other employees offer a mixed bag as far as customer service goes, assuming they're not "in the restroom, brb" for 3 hours.
Beyond that the store/restrooms are generally clean and you can get whatever you need without issue.
I have not used the car wash.

Your night staff the highlighter head woman is very unprofessional. She also enjoys long phone calls with people she’s threatening while on company time.

I've been doing utility work for 20+ years around St. Louis, pulled into this station for a quick lunch and pack of smokes in a standard work truck with trailer, not a soul at this station. Every pump was open. I pulled in and blocked 1 pump, I was hardly out of the truck when this extremely rude black woman comes storming out of the door, yelling, "If you're not getting fuel you move now and park over there" like seriously? Never in a million years lol. Drove the hell off and took my business elsewhere. This lady I'm sure is exactly why the place was empty to begin with. Craziest experience I've ever had at any station. STAY AWAY, NOT HARD WORKER FRIENDLY.

OPEN FLAME IN A GAS STATION?!I hope someone with any kind of control over this gas station sees this! But really?! You have a bloody candle burning in a gas station?! REALLY?!Fire + Gas = BOOM!!!!This place needs to be shut down at once!!!

Not bad. Tricky to get in and out of (and go the direction you need), especially if not from the area. There's a good amount of pumps.

Air was out of order, and the bathrooms were outside and locked.. have to get a key.

Wow .. never have I seen someone so blatantly say they hate their job so much as this place ... she was such a foul mouth ghetto person too .... thr plsvr was so horribly stocked but wow .. this girl hates her job and let us all know ...I won't be going here again

The ONLY reason I use this gas station is that it is close to my place of employment. Hours state they are open until 8. However, less than 5 minutes ago, as I pumped my gas I have watched several people attempt ro go inside to make purchases. But the door was already locked. I too have found myself in this situation with them. Repeatedly, they close before time. As I finish typing this, it is 7:40p. But if I want to go inside and buy a drink, I'll have to go somewhere else.I see why rating is so low.

They put a 100 dollar hold on your card ontop of whatever you spend on fuel here and the hold is for a minimum of a week before they release the 100 back to you. So if you spend 40 bucks in gas you are deducted 140 for an entire week before they give you the 100 dollars back. Mistakinly made that mistake 3 times in one week and though i spent 95 bucks in gas in those 3 visits only to realize they took 395 dollars from me and had to wait 7 days for each transactions to clear separately to get my money back. I will never stop here again in my life. Ontop of them stealing my money ,You were out of everything I wanted when I came here. Tried using the restroom as well real quick but was told I couldn't. Was told to use the one at the gas station next door. Should have went next door to begin with. Never and I mean never again. Especially with the rude as employees they have working here.
