Customer service is key here. Knowledge shared freely. I love the variety of items here. Jewelry is key but baby gift items are plentiful. The baby pearls are a favorite. We have given them to new daughters and granddaughters of close friends. The pearls come with an extension to add as the child grows. They can be worn from birth to adulthood.

Absolutely blown away by Tony and Kathys amount of dedication they put into what I wanted in an engagement ring. From the time they spent to staying after hours or moving around their schedule to accommodate mine, I couldn’t ask for a better experience. I chose a custom setting and had my heart set on particular center diamond. They provided several very nice options but the triple X diamond they showed me stole the cake. We can’t go anywhere without someone commenting on it; from homedepot to date night it shines across the room. Would absolutely recommend Chesterfield Jewelers for your fine jewelry needs.

I had gone elsewhere in the Chesterfield Valley earlier the same day for a watch battery and they were unable to open my watch. They recommended Chesterfield Jewelers. I went for my pedicure and then stopped into Chesterfield Jewelers. I honestly didn't know it was there and had never been. Lovely store and the bench guy was able to take the watch right away and replace the battery while I walked around. A person who walks into a jewelry store for a watch battery is the bane of every jeweler's existence. Why? Because the watch battery person never wants anything else but the battery. You can't upsell them and it's possible you will never see them again. I know this because I am in a different facet of the jewelry business. I was that person on this day and they were truly nice as can be to me even though I walked in about 30 minutes before they were closing and they were packing up the showcases. My watch was working and I went out of town the following day and wore the watch over the weekend. This was a very lovely store and I will be back for more than just a watch battery. You should go here too!

The owners are so kind, helpful & knowledgeable. What they have in the store is beautiful! We bought my Christmas present while there - so fun! And presents for our moms...beautiful store, wonderful business, we will be trusting them for our jewelry business going forward. .

Chesterfield Jewelers is truly a treasure. My husband had a beautiful gem and worked with them to have a lovely necklace designed for me. Not only is the necklace beautiful, they completed the work quickly and sooner than he had expected. So when it came time for me to get my wedding and engagement ring checked and resized, there was no other place I would have felt comfortable leaving my rings. When I picked them up they had been cleaned and fit beautifully and it was such a reasonable charge. My mother is in her late 80's and has been wearing her wedding bands since the early 50's. Arthritis in her fingers have misshapen her knuckles and has made it difficult to get her rings off and on. She also went to Chesterfield Jewelers and they discussed her options and prices for each. She hadn't been able to wear her engagement ring for several months and chose to have it made larger. She was absolutely thrilled with how well it fit and how it sparkled like the day my father gave it to her in 1952. She was so happy she worked at getting her wedding band off of her finger to have that resized as well. Thank you Chesterfield Jewelers for being ethical and honest and a pure pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Chesterfield Jewelers for any of your jewelry needs.

I just went in today to check my ring. I thought I had a loose stone and wanted to get it checked. My fiance bought my ring online so I just dropped in to the closest store to my work. They were super friendly and both the salesperson and jeweler checked to make sure the stone was secure. I asked how much it would be to get my ring cleaned and they offered to do it then as well for free. I was in and out and the service was great. Thank you!
