I wrote my original review the day I picked up my car, which was also “completed” a whole week early. Since then I had to have a second estimate to “complete” the work that should have already been finished. It was a nightmare to get scheduled and I finally got in 3 weeks after my insurance had already paid them again. Now I find out the work was not done correctly at all, and this was told to me by the very dealership that recommended this place. Now I have to find somewhere else to put my car back together correctly. I should have listened to the other reviews.

My truck was here on an insurance claim. This was Geico’s shop recommendation, and this shop did a phenomenal job on the body work and with amazing communication. My truck was given to them with dirt all over the inside. Even though there was no damage in the inside they took the time to give me a professional Detail job. I’m not sure why this place only has 3.9 stars but it’s definitely a 5 Star Place.

Took about 2.5 months for repairs, after the car was taken in. Car 2as drivable before starting repairs. Promised to deliver 3 weeks before actually delivering it.

They don't answer the phone, don't call you back. I have an open insurance claim, have called and left multiple voicemails, never got a call back.

Great work and customer service. It took a long time, but they got it all right.
Update: had to bring my car back to them for an unrelated incident and their craftsmanship and service were even better than the first time. And they were done early! Highly recommend.

We had an insurance repair and we were pointed to Car Craft by our provider. Unfortunately, we had a very poor experience. The repair took 2.5 weeks longer then the timelines we were initially provided by Car Craft - and the overall cost estimate barely changed (less then 5%). Once the car was in the shop, there was no communication unless you escalated to the manager. We were told that we would receive text updates twice a week, but that did not happen. We received two text updates over the 3.5 week experience. Calling Car Craft did not help. They rarely answered the phone, and we never received a return call from anyone aside from the manager. And both times we spoke with the manager, his info contradicted what the other employees told us. It was an incredibly frustrating experience. If they had been honest about their timelines upfront, we’d have timed the repairs differently as they were purely cosmetic.

After my car spent 2 and a half months in their shop for an insurance claim, I returned to pick it up only to find the windshield partially cracked. Upon questioning, the technician mentioned that someone had informed me of a small chip found under the wiper, which I had not noticed. They proposed changing the glass but mentioned that insurance wouldn't cover it. Considering it a minor issue at the time, I opted not to delay further in picking up my car. However, upon retrieving it, I was shocked to discover a significant crack on the windshield. Carcraft had possession of my car for the entire duration and bears responsibility for any occurrences during that time. They documented the condition of the car upon drop-off, and there were no cracks visible in those photos. The technician attributed the crack to cold weather conditions.. Not recommending this place .

Awful all around from the very beginning to the end. The lack of follow up, communication and professionalism is astonishing. Would give zero stars, do not recommend.

I was quoted a 4 day repair time (they had a 3 week lead time to order any necessary parts). I happened to drive by 2 days after dropping off my car and it hadn’t been touched. After 7 days of no communication I called, but you can never get anyone on the phone. Don’t bother trying to leave a message, as the mailbox is always full. After 10 days I finally called repeatedly until someone picked up only to be told it would be another week or more. When I informed them I needed my car to go out of town the next week, they told me too bad, it’s torn apart. This is all for a minor fender bender to the front bumper. Their communication is the worst I’ve ever seen and it’s matched by their indifference.
