Unfortunately I was dumped with fuel by a pump that didn't disengage and experienced no help from the female employee working there on 12/14/2024. She was rude and provided no information about what I need to do. She also dragged her feet on calling 911, so I called them myself. To top it off, she proceeded to smoke near me while I waited outside for the fire department and the EMT. The manager was not on duty. Handled very poorly and employees should be trained on how to handle these types of situations.

Stopped for gas, and first pump had error reading my card. Switched to a different pump, same thing. So I went inside to pay for gas, and the machine kept getting stuck on a BP membership login screen. The employee had no idea how to get this to work. Told him this was absurd, and they wouldn't be getting my purchase. So I went to the next closest station, and paying at the pump worked instantly with same card. What a TOTAL waste of time this place is. 100% avoid.

I stopped here to get gas and breakfast. As soon as I walked into the gas station I lost my appetite because it smelled like a cat litter box that needed to be changed. I sincerely hope that there is a different explanation for the way it smells. I would think that either BP or McDonald's would be aware of this and taking care of the issue. Because it took me all of zero seconds to become aware of it.

Gross and the employees cannot/will not help. I don't know who's at fault, BP or McDonalds. Literal poop all over one of the women's toilets. Ok, there's another toilet, but then the soap dispenser is broken. It doesn't look like a new break, so how long has this bathroom been without soap? Where are the employees washing their hands before going back to work?
The bathroom doors say they are managed by McDonalds, I tell a McDonald's employee, "ok, I'll check it." I wait, I wait, I watch him on his phone...
I ask the gas station if they sell soap, "no."
When you can't do a basic thing, like wash your hands and 2 employees in the building can't help... Gross, do not go here.

Always drive miles to get to this store even though it seemed dirty when getting there. Today I tried purchasing Lottety tickets totaling $4.00, but the cashier told me they were $48.00. I asked why and he replied must be something wrong with your ticket. They refused to correct their mistake, wanted to confiscate my playslip, then told me to leave! Really... literally went next door to Express Station and got the correct tickets.

Price on the physical pump was $3.49 per gallon...was charged $3.99 per gallon. Other gas stations on the same street were $3.49. Best to drive a few hundred yards further and save.

Worst gasoline station in Chesterfield!!! The Indian Guy cashier is scratching all the winning scratchers. when you buy scratchers he will give you the first one of the batch 0001 and the last one 0059 in one purchase. KARMA will always hit you deceiving customers!!!!
