Awesome, helpful people at this branch. Long story short, the MO DMV required some specific paperwork for a loan originally taken out of state. Christy P at this location went way above and beyond in helping me get the documents and signatures I needed to satisfy the DMV's requirements.

Shawn at this branch is always wonderful. After only my second visit, he knew my name and what I was there for (I come in once a month for certain transactions). He’s friendly and very quick, I am in and out in 5 mins!

All of our family ( from grandma to kids) had great experiences with Christy! She is caring, kind and very professional and efficient. I have been trying with so many banks at Ballwin ellisville area, like US bank, BOA, Regions, commerce bank …seriously almost every bank I can find within 7 miles, none of them are as awesome as BMO Ellisville branch. Some other bankers when they want your business they are super nice and work hard for you once they done your business they just suddenly change to another cold personality , never return your phone call, email or never fulfill the promise they made ( such like bonus or promo credit they offer when they persuaded you to open account). Isn’t it awful ? Yes ! So I closed my multiple other bank accounts and I will never go back to regions or other banks again.Christy is different. She takes care of big, small, even tiny business ( my kids $100 saving lol) professionally and mindfully. She is good on teaching customers financial knowledge ( like set up monthly saving to get bonus ) and always looking out for good promotions for her customers( like good CD rate, opening account bonus and low rate loan. ) After each business she follows through and makes sure everything sets up correctly. I am really grateful having her as our whole family banker. Because of her, I am not stressed out on my financial situation anymore. She helps us gain so much confidence on how to manage our finances.She’s the best asset of BMO for sure. And actually each employee at this location is just the same wonderful! They are always so welcoming, patient and Fun!!! Plus , this branch has amazon locker too. So you can pick up your holiday packages and do your bank business one stop !Bonus tips here ( if you read this long review you deserve some good tips) : Yes you should try use amazon locker instead of porch delivery during holiday season. So those criminals cannot steal your expensive present from your porch anymore! )

We came in for a small car loan. They didn't even want to do business with us. Terrible service will tell everyone not to do business with them. Also, watch out for the loan officer, she's sneaky and racist. Wanted to know the history of our grandma? For a car loan?. Also, asked us some weird questions. Terrible service.

Tried to cash a check over $3,000 and they wouldn't let me. Just because I'm not a member. The bank tellers did not help me what's so ever to resolve my problem assosiated with a bmo check. I took the issue in my own hands. I called the owner that wrote me the check, who is a member and now he has to come down to the bank. He didn't know of the policy. It unconvinced my company and the check owner. Very poor managment to help resolve my issue. Wouldn't recomomend this establishment of banking. After all I was the one who called around to solve everything. Not bmo

The bankers and tellers at this branch are extremely friendly. It makes it easy to do business with them. The bank itself has some higher rates on certain products than other banks do. That doesn't detract from the friendly nature of the employees here. I'll continue to do business here for a long time.
