Poor customer service. Grabbed a big screen tv by myself….Reps just watched. Hardly anything was priced so I had to look up online. At least the cashier was friendly, only reason I gave it 2 stars.. side note ( loaded alone as well)

Store has changed for the worse since the 2000's. Very few employees in the store. Hard to get help from anyone. No product experts like they used to have. You can't even call the store directly anymore to ask questions. You get routed to a customer service number and get put on hold for a long time with no helpful answers.

Bought airpods for pickup and on the way to pick them up I got a call that my old pair was found. Showed up to the store and Tristan was super friendly, quick, and helpful in canceling my order.

I call it like I see it. Kudos the front station i.e. the greeter at the door and the cashier were exceptional. The computer, sound, and game personnel on this day that i visited were doing their absolute not to work. When I did flag someone down, they said their equipment was not working to get what I needed. Then they directed me to another product, got my hopes up only to tell me it's not in stock, and would cost double what I came for. Did not offer to find a store that had the product or anything. Just said we do not have it. Bestbuy, the center for disfunction to thrive.

Best Buy never seems to disappoint. Outside if my super niche film & photo equipment, they always have what I need in a pinch. Not always the boujee (sp?) brands I sometimes prefer, but they have stuff in stock, and that’s just what I need sometimes.

It’s a terrible store, if there is a 0 star I would rate it 0. Staff are not helpful. Instead, when we shopped for a TV, the staff told us it’s out of stock, but it says “in stock” on their website. Then he agreed it’s “in stock”. When we wanted to shop for a TV stand to go with the TV, he dragged his feet to walk with us as if it bothered him to do other more important things. When it comes to delivery, the staff said they will only be able to deliver it in 4 days! If I buy it from Amazon, it will be delivered in 2 days. But here, we have to WAIT to get it delivered. For the whole time he didn’t say a word about the product or sales going on, I had the feeling that the staff didn’t want to sell us anything. I’m not coming back to this store.

I can’t stand Best Buy. I would give 0 stars if that was an option. As a female they never seem to want to help me with any customer service whatsoever. Was in there for 15 minutes today and not one person acknowledged me. This happens everytime I am in here. Word of mouth also goes a long way and will tell my friends to just stick with Amazon or target.

Customer service is terrible. Not one person ever acknowledges me when I'm in here. Any purchases I was gonna do will be at target or Amazon. I will also tell my friends to never give them their business either.
