Great experience. Sam helped us out. We found a $500 washer for $175, what a steal.

Prices are great. The staff is not! They are very rude. Will walk off from you and leave you standing with no help.

Found a great Clothes dryer brand new for about 75% off original price..The Items are there either slightly damaged or we're on the sales Floor or in stock for a longer time and didn't sell..other words not a brand new model, but a brand new appliance. And the employees are very knowledgeable about each product..

Bought a fridge on 11/18/23 set up a delivery for 11/27 was told "sorry we need to reschedule. We understood things happen but we reschedule for 12/3 and again..... had to reschedule for 12/6. Completely unprofessional and would suggest people shop at Lows or Home Depot for your appliance needs. I can see why they are closing most thier stores.

What is this? It is just a bunch of washer dryers and some refrigerators ... if u want to look for anything else GOOD luck... it's all boxed and caged.. and no luck finding anyone to help.Sad the day we live in that u can't just simply shop cause things have to be caged. Strange.

The new manager Ian (I believe that was his name) was very friendly and easy to work with. Handled managing multiple customers well during a busy period, and provided good customer service.

If you are looking to buy an appliance, please look here first! The prices are great! Most of the products have some dings. This could range from hardly noticeable to noticeable. Some dings maybe in places where it won't be noticeable after installation. But you will notice the savings on the product! You can save a couple of hundreds to thousands depending on the product! I recommend shopping here first before buying anywhere else.

The ordeal at the Best Buy Outlet was the worse I've every experience. I purchased a washer and dryer set on a Tuesday that was supposed to be delivered on the following Saturday. I was also told that I would receive a follow-up phone call to confirm delivery 2 days prior to delivery and no call, email or text. I called on Friday and was told that delivery would be between 11:00 am and 3:00 pm. We received a text to schedule delivery...are you kidding me. I called the store continuously on the day of delivery and could not get an answer so I got in my car and drove there to find out that there was no delivery scheduled. Now I have to wait until Wednesday of next week with no type of compensation but I was offered for a possible refund for going to the laundromat. What a joke!!!!! I will pay regular price the next time and get the service that expected. Very disappointed with management's lace of concern. Put the shoe on the other foot. I thank God that I did not sit around from 11-3pm waiting for nothing.

I know it's just recently opened, but few items had prices labeled. The workers were friendly, helpful and professional. They were really stressed by the large numbers of customers and this issue. Nice people, though. Maybe it will improve after they have been open longer.

Do not try to call the store, all you get is the bot menu and no matter what you cannot get a human on the line. Poor customer serviceEDIT: Still unsure what's causing the phone issues but after going into the store I was able to get my issue resolved. Best Buy corporate needs to help these guys out.

Walked around for a half hour and was not approached by a single associate. I was prepared to buy a washer and dryer and a refrigerator but couldn’t get anybody to assist us. Will be taking my money elsewhere and will not be back. Terribly disappointed.

I recently visited the Best Buy outlet in search of a washer and dryer, hoping to find a good deal. However, my experience at Best Buy turned out to be extremely frustrating and left me deeply disappointed. Allow me to share my ordeal, which highlights the store's dishonest practices and lackluster customer service.Over the course of two weeks, I made multiple visits to Best Buy to carefully examine the various washers and dryers available. I had my eye on an LG matching set, specifically a model that seemed promising. Each time I visited, I noticed the same 3-4 washers and dryers on display, priced at $487 and $572 respectively. Considering the importance of this purchase, I wanted to be absolutely certain that I was making the right choice.During one of my visits, I received assistance from an associate named Keegan, who initially appeared helpful and knowledgeable. He pointed out that the washers I had selected were not the best options due to some flaws indicated on the tags. I appreciated his advice and he guided me toward a supposedly better option within the same model and price range. Feeling satisfied with his help, I decided to make the purchase a few days later. However, my happiness was short-lived when I received a call from the store manager, Ashlynn, a few days after my purchase. She informed me that the washer I had bought was actually broken, with a severely warped drum causing an imbalanced spin cycle. To my surprise and frustration, she claimed that there had been a mix-up with the tags, resulting in the washer I thought I had chosen being priced an additional $150. Naturally, I argued that it was not my fault and insisted that Best Buy should honor the original price due to their mistake. Alternatively, I suggested selecting one of the other perfectly fine washers I had seen during my visits. Unfortunately, Ashlynn informed me that the remaining three models had already been sold that very day, leaving me with no choice but to settle for the defective washer they had taken off the floor. Reluctantly, I agreed to pay the extra amount over the phone, fearing further delays in the installation process.Reflecting on the situation, I couldn't help but feel scammed and deceived by Best Buy. Such underhanded practices are reminiscent of a shady used car lot rather than a reputable retailer like Best Buy. I promptly requested a refund, expressing my dissatisfaction with the entire experience. Moreover, I voiced concerns about the negative impact opening and later closing the Best Buy credit card would have on my credit score. Ashlynn directed me to contact customer service for further assistance, but this only added to my frustration. After enduring a two-hour-long ordeal, being transferred to six different representatives, I was told that all issues should have been handled in-store and that I shouldn't have been directed to call them in the first place. To my disappointment, my request for a call from the same location, where I made the purchase, was disregarded, leaving me without a satisfactory resolution. This entire experience has forever tainted my perception of Best Buy. It is disheartening to realize that a company I once trusted can resort to dishonest practices and exhibit such disregard for its customers. As a result, I have decided to take my business elsewhere, specifically to Costco. Not only did I find a newer model there at a lower price, but they also offered a free warranty and installation, which Best Buy failed to provide. I strongly urge you to save your money, time, and the unnecessary stress by avoiding Best Buy. Trust me, there are better alternatives available that value their customers and provide a more honest and reliable shopping experience.

I recommend checking here before shopping elsewhere. My LG set has been discontinued, but I found the dryer match to my washer at Best Buy Outlet. They have lots of appliances in like new condition at great prices.

First and foremost, this store has not closed permanently. It's being converted to a Best Buy Outlet store, which is excellent as their stock, post-COVID, had many returns and open-box items.I like Best Buy, but with Micro Center near my next closest Best Buy location and better price matching, I'd rather go there first, and if I can't get what I want, I'll head to Best Buy. The Bridgeton store used to be one of the busiest stores rivaling only other Best Buys with Magnolia, but sadly they couldn't restaff the store, customers stopped coming, wash, rinse, and repeat. This seems to be the "norm" in today's world.Compared to online shopping, and the aforementioned Micro Center, Best Buy was, and still is, more expensive. This is a massive hit for most. I shifted the average of $4k I spend here to other retailers since they temporarily closed. The last I heard was the reopening was sometime at the end of June or July 2023.
