Found a good deal on some appliances. However the delivery was a disaster. My built in Viking fridge was damaged on delivery, so they sent me the part to fix it but it requires skilled labor and they refuse to help with. I would have simply returned the fridge but I’ve already bought a custom 48 inch cabinet and designed my kitchen around it.
I understand accidents happen, I’m just frustrated that Best Buy won’t step up and pay another company to fix it when they don’t have the staff with the skill set to do so and they’re the ones who broke it.

Excellent open box deals. My son and daughter in laws dryer quit. The original Samsung price was 1099.99 and we got it for 449.97!! . We showed up 15 min before close and they were super helpful. We were out the door before they closed. They even wrapped it in plastic and helped load it.

The store is large and has a nice selection, but was disappointed on the pricing. When you go to Lowe’s Outlet, you can find items at 66% off that look decent. Here, the monitors were very close to retail price, the gaming items were exactly the same as what you could buy them for online new, and the washers/dryers were more beat up and discounted less than Lowe’s Outlet.
I’m sure you can a decent deal if you sift through what’s here, but it is recommended that you google the current price of any item you wish to purchase here.

I pulled up but decided to look online. I haven't been inside, but I did get to browse the website. The cell phone I needed is cheaper than any other place, only thing was, it would have had to be shipped so I'll just order online
