!!!!!!!!Warning business owner or accounts holders doble check you bank statement and any transactions from this institution I cut few transactions make and to different business account the should no be happening if you speak to the costumer services they will lie trying to discourage the situation no be fouling by them !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

After reading the reviews, I was skeptical, BUT, after actually walking in.. I noticed they have a quiet environment and very friendly staff! Heather helped me with all of my questions and concerns, and she went up and beyond to confirm all of them. I would have to say, these are one of my best banking experiences this far. Thank you

Can never get ANYONE on the phone. They never return calls and their service is dismal. Bankers there simply don't care and never follow through. The worst.

The amount of headaches caused by getting an auto loan through POS, sorry BOA. In the 6 months time of making payments, only 1 went through successfully. The manager refused to help me at my local branch. I am writing at the end of an extended lunch break, still on hold for the last 30 minutes. Do you guys even know what’s going at your own company?

Deposited a check and they said funds would be available on certain days. They weren’t. Tried to call. They let the phone ring off the hook.

I opened an account here last Thursday. I'm closing the account today. Haven't even received my debit card or checks yet. When the lady told me the account I was opening is for the working class I dropped my jaw. Excuse me???? Very condescending as she looked down her nose. Doesn't matter how much money you have or don't have...no once should be talked to like that. Also a ripoff!

I've been with BOA for over 10 years. I set up an appointment and took off work. When I get to the bank I am told the person I had the appointment with is on vacation and they tried to call me. NO, they didn't call because when I asked what number did they call, she wasn't even able to tell me the phone number they called. What is the point on making an appointment if you cant fulfill the request. At the end of the day I am current looking at other banks to move too. Their professionalism is off the charts!

Got appointment but waited so long. Very unprofessional and unpleasant place. Not to mention other employees a lady who claimed herself as a branch manager was awful. Please avoid this place at all cost.

Did you know they charge you multiple times to stop payment? And when you pay their $30 fee they don't cancel it? Or that if you have accounts set to not over draft, they will still allow them too then charge you a fee? I've called in 4 times to ask and nobody been able to tell me why. Nobody has stopped payment on anything I've asked. Total trash bank who does absolutely NOTHING for their customers. Go literally anywhere other than here.
