Great place where you can find everything you need for the swimming. You can find the answer for all of your questions from the store people. It is a great place if you (or your kiddos) starting or continue to swim.

Went in to purchase a tech suit for my college swimmer. Was told that we could try them on at the store. Went to chesterfield location and were told that you need to go to other location in order to do that. Traveled to the town and country location to find out you cannot try on the suits if you have nails. Then the woman proceeded to give us a lecture about tech suits and how to put them on. As if, my daughter was 5. She is a college swimmer. The only way to try a suit on was a final sale on the suit. Meaning, purchase it and if it doesnt fit you are out of luck. Never mind, it costs $500+. Save your time and money and purchase from swim outlet. They have no problem refunding your money when the suit doesnt fit.

This store provides a great service to all of the local swim clubs and has been super helpful with swimsuit fittings and they're in store staff over the summer was especially helpful with summer swim team fittings.

Do yourself a favor and learn how to measure your swimmer and buy from Swim Outlet or any other online store. B&B has the worst customer service around, they just do not care. Ordered a Parka a month ago and will not have it by Christmas. They are in no hurry once they have the money in the register. Not to mention the scolding you will get from Amanda if you want to buy your child a suit. She refuses to even measure your child unless you 100% commit to buying the suit, regardless if the kid even likes it after trying it on. I have never left this place without being treated like an idiot for asking simple questions. Hate walking onto this place because I know I am going to be lied to and spoke to in a rude and condescending manner every time.
