Great service been there a couple times got the wrong part with other workers, but Marissa I believe her name was hasn’t let me down always gives me the right part and is very knowledgeable about her job give this women a raise!!!!!!

The shop is dirty. The staff is rude. They didn’t even wait on me. Very disappointed. Wouldn’t be surprised if AutoZone’s out of business soon.

They are the best for new battery replacements and installation. The battery comes with a 3 year warranty. They will do the installation free of cost. Response is fast and they provide clear details.They only install Duralast company Batteries.

Chesterfield - AutoZoneMy wife’s battery went out last night at Top Golf. I called the store which was about to close. Two employees, Coleman & Danielle stayed late so that I could get the battery I needed. My family appreciated it very much. I was in bind and they went out of their way to help. Amazing. My wife and I were shopping along THF Blvd today, when the battery in our Jeep SUV completely died. It would not start with even the help of a jump. We telephoned Auto Zone on THF Blvd in Chesterfield for help. The manager, Brad W., went way beyond the call of duty to help us. Not only did he source the correct car battery quickly, have it in stock, and give us the best price available including a promotional discount, but he actually immediately drove to meet us in the parking lot of the store where we were stranded and he installed the battery for us there, on the spot, at no additional charge! This kind of attention and service is never seen any more in modern times - not anywhere. Thank you, Manager Brad W, and thank you AutoZone Chesterfield on THF Blvd. We will never shop anywhere else for our car needs again.

i recently went to this auto zone in "the valley" for the first time because my local store didn't have my part in stock. i was very surprised by an employee named Coleman who was behind the counter. he was extremely kind, courteous, helpful and went out of his way to help me. for the first time in a long time i enjoyed going to a store and having someone who actually cared helping me. in a time of nearly zero customer service anywhere that you go it was a very pleasant surprise and experience! great job Coleman!!!

I cannot say enough good things about this AutoZone in chesterfield! Bradley, the store manager there is so respectful and knowledgeable! Honestly some of the best costumer service. They didn’t have the part I needed when it broke, but they where great about getting the part from another store to theirs and in a timely manner. If you want great service, the chesterfield AutoZone is the place to go!

Mario and Larry were so helpful. Mario helped me pick out the correct item to fix my flat tire and when they realized I had to take an Uber back to my car Larry offered to give me a ride. He could have just dropped me off but he stayed and made sure the product worked and that my tire was okay to drive on. The service was above and beyond and they really turned my bad day around. Thank you so much!

Reliable and friendly staff !!! Loan scheme is very good over here. You can loan tools and devices using this scheme and return in original condition with no deductible. Love this.

This place is the best AutoZone in the country! From the best management to the best employees I highly recommend going here. I want to say thank you to John and Brad for going out of their way to getting my mother a job and getting her to get safely home when it was almost 100° outside. It was quite nice someone went to save my mother because I was tied up at a job and couldn't do it and they came through above and beyond the Call of Duty I give him a 10 star rating. This world needs more people like these
