Statue came out great! Good communication between when I ordered and when it arrived. I wish they made it a little clearer on the product page how long production would be (I didn't realize it would be a few extra days) but not a big deal overall.

VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!IF I could place zero stars I would because the customer service from a very difficult guy was VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY POOR!He does not CARE about customer service AT ALL! He was so disrespectful and stated without agreement that he was going to refund my money and NOT send my order.He was not hearing my complaint and totally disregarded the issue with the "PROOF" email that was not disclosed on the initial purchase email which left "IMPORTANT DETAILS" out. Customers should know CLEARLY if they need to look out for an important email that holds up their order!!!!! Especially if your paying EXTRA for it to be delivered! I called back and he NEVER answered my call to address why he was not still sending my fathers trophy. He simply was outrageous, Impatient and just had VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY POOR care for anyone needs but his own. This is just sad for someone that ONLY wants to celebrate her father on his retirement party after working 38 years! If this customer service guy does not like his job.. QUIT! It's called "Customer Service" for a reason.

This is the "Classiest" gift ever, especially with the nice gift box. Not only is this item more than I expected, each time I spoke with a sales representative, they went out of their way to ensure everything was to my expectation. These folks were the best at customer satisfaction. I will certainly recommend to my friends and use this company again.

These folks are absolutely the best. I need a last minute crystal award and they pulled out all the stops to get it to me on time. Best part is, the award was hand assembled in St. Louis. First order with asap awards and we are impressed! These are so refreshing in comparison to any style plaque I have ever used for our drivers! The truck has dimension that is raised making in much nice that a cheap flat plaque. My order for 15pc was shipped the second day after ordering which included all the custom names on each on....super fast! This will be our new go to service award for sure!
