Extremely disappointed! Very rude, & insensitive! She actually told me that I should be thankful I did not have my breast cut off like she did 7 years ago! I called to make sure I had everything I needed, before driving there. I tried to tell them about my doctor's recommendations (I had a script) and what my insurance said they would cover after a lumpectomy, they insisted that the insurance would only cover a bra if I also purchased a silicone pad. I talked to my insurance, they did not! I did not need a silicone pad. I used something else that was recommended by my physical therapist which works! I wasn't asking for a discount or anything other than to help me choose a bra as prescribed & provide the information for me to submit it to my insurance. Their customer service was awful! Before posting I sent a letter to the owner to suggest they provide sensitivity training for their staff. Instead of apologizing or understanding she wrote back implying, I was trying to involve them in something illegal! I will never ever shop there again!!!

Service was speedy and efficient. I felt well taken care of and had lots of laughs with my fitter. Can't recommend enough!

While the ladies in here were nice enough, they didn’t seem interested in helping me with my problem. It seems like they are more used to older women who have had mastectomies, I am a 33 year old who needed help with massive volume loss after weight loss surgery. When I first walked in, I explained my problem to the older lady at the counter & she went to get someone else to help me. She didn’t listen to what I said though because the other lady took me to the mastectomy room. I had to explain again that I just needed some help with volume loss after losing a lot of weight. That lady was nice but I think she was a mastectomy specialist because she kind of gave me a quick option & then ran off to help someone else. She gave me some $10 pads to put in my bras. The pads were fine but I had to stack two to get the desired look & every time I moved, the pads would shift & come out of the bra. I did look around a bit & their prices are super high. I appreciate the service they provide for cancer patients but I won’t be returning for myself.

The staff were extremely nice. I went in not having any clue what size I was and kinda scared of the process to find it out. It shocked me how easy it was for measuring, they made it extremely quick and after they find out what size you are they bring you bras to try on.

I was very nervous coming in today for a fitting but the staff was super helpful and made me feel so comfortable! Even though they were very busy and short staffed they were patient and listened to all of my concerns. They made me feel as if I was the only costumer. I highly, highly recommend this place!!!

Years ago, Ann's was classy. Now it's disrespectful and disgusting. I visited the Chesterfield and IL store and both left my "tata's" enraged. The women were disrespectful (I think one was the owner) as they talked down to me about my bra (because it wasn't Ann's) and told me my problem was my posture when I have a medical diagnosis. I actually overheard them talking about me on the way to the dressing room. An employee was eating chips in the corner while watching tv. Not realizing she worked there, I was looking for someone professional. She took her hand out the bag then walked over to see if my bra was tight enough. With her filthy frito fingers, she touched my shirt, back and the Ann's bra I was trying on. Absolutely classeless! I called and emailed the store owner 2x and she doesn't have the tits to discuss this situation. Oh and their Vanity F bra is 35 dollars cheaper on Amazon.

They have a nice size parking and big visible building. We were greeted and helped immediately. They have a wide variety of bras to choose from and go all the way to JJ/I sizing. There are fitting rooms to try it on and the ladies there are helpful to get you correctly measured. They also have a bra club for 1 point every dollar spent and at $350 you get $35 off I believe. The bras are good quality and the price reflects it. Recommended for the blessed bosom ladies. They have a chesterfield and Ofallon location. Recommended.

I made a purchase from this store but was unsure if I have the correct size. The lady that assisted me with fitting and trying on bras was rushing me. I wanted to put the bras on myself because when I'm home I'm gonna be doing it myself anyway. The experience was not a good one for me!

the older lady who works there was absolutely disrespectful and rude I asked if she worked there and she said "obviously" while pointing to tape measure on her. first off how am I supposed to know that means she works there, it doesn't. her tone of voice was extremely rude I drove over an hour and planned on spending a couple hundred there but no she had to be disrespectful. when I had to use the restroom I saw a sign saying "woman's extra bathroom" and pointing to a bathroom so I used it but the same lady said in a rude tone that it was the employee bathroom if that's the case then they need to take that sign down.

Been a customer for years. The customer service is ??. I only shop there because I have a specific size and manufacturer that I need. No cultural sensitivity. Not professional. Sometimes unorganized. Outdated technology. They always try to sell me bras I don’t want. I am a mature woman who knows what I want in a bra after going to get fitted for years. But they always act like they know what’s best for me instead of working with me to see what works best for me. Also they are so rough when handling my breasts during a fitting. Other customers have said the same. And I never know if I am actually being sold the correct size because they sometimes seem like they don’t know either. Then they will call someone else to verify the size who always agrees with the “salesperson.” And what are they doing with the bras that we tried on but didn’t buy? Are they actually reselling them and giving them to other customers to try on?Definitely a not so subtle air of racism as well! #MicroaggressionI say to all of the women and customers who agree, let’s not spend our money with “these people!”

Kathy greeted me as soon as I walked in the door. Told her what I was looking for and she took me back to a fitting room. She went and pulled a couple of bra's and then showed me where in the store I was able to look at different colors of the bra's. I was very satisfied with my visit to the bra shop. I will be going back to purchase more bra's.
