I went in there to buy dog food for my dog and that place was nasty and horrible looking. It was cluttered with merchandise that needed to be put on the shelf. There was merchandise on the floor . The store definitely needs people who want to work cause it desperately needs to be cleaned up in there.

So I was just there today to buy deodorant for my fiancé and the tag on the shelf said $11 and it rang up for $12 I told her that it was wrong and she told me oh well it’s in the wrong spot I said no it’s not it has the correct merchandise on the tag and the cashier tried to argue with me over it and I told her to go check the shelf and she refused. She was a Hispanic female, they have officially just lost my service. And the store looks horrible, it has merchandise all over the floors and bottom shelf’s.

This one cashier is so rude (black girl) can't call a lady because her attitude is that of a girl is so rude it's pathetic. She needs to at least smile she might look a little better

New management has made huge difference in the whole atmosphere. Shelves are always stocked. Staff is always attentive, friendly and know their store. The change has definitely been for the better.

Last time I was in there I was charged twice for one item. Alot happening there with new employees and all this was a lady who has been there. Slow down pay attention. I felt rob.I have been back to the Family Dollar a few times since my last review. The employees are more attentive focused on the task at hand. She even counted back my change of only a couple bucks and some change. Positive, I wasn't upset when I left the store.I do wish their sign would light up at night parking lot dark.

They really are trying to improve this store so right now the isle's are packed with pallets and merchandise and its became a dollar tree also they've added alot of dollar items more refrigerated and frozen selection and done a little facelift on the inside wish at least 1 of our two small groceries would try to do a little more for expansion or at least a lil more updated variety of foods.
