This was purchased for my teen’s birthday. He did ALOT of homework on a sturdier cage for our yard. It shipped fast! We watched the video several times to solve the netting set up. Once understood it was easy but it did take a few hours to set up. The ability to raise netting for lawn mowing is perfect. You will need your own pole with hook for reaching cords. BUYER BEWARE: This Is a FRAME KIT. Not a BATTING CAGE. You will still need to purchase netting kit (buy the combo!) AND 18 bars from Lowe’s at $22-$25 each. The EZ frame kit needs these 18 bars to transform into the batting cage. My son loves it so far, it’s only been a month. Should be interesting to see how it holds up in weather. We did buy a turf rug/mat separately. Happy Hitting!⚾️

Purchase batting cage netting and accessories in 2020 and they delivered the goods. Now in 2024 the batting cage is a golf cage and they have delivered once again! Good pricing and communication. Don’t hesitate to buy.

We had a really bad experience with this company and Katie, their sales rep. Zero communication, zero customer service, and we received several rusted out parts. They did provide us with attitude and rudeness. They offered to give us a free return slip and was told we could go purchase from their competitor. We went with this company to save a little bit of money but we fully regret it. Based on our negative experience, we do not recommend giving this company your business.

What nightmare dealing with this company. Might be one of the worst customer service experiences ever. Katie the sales rep has been nothing but rude and condescending. The parts I ordered for a batting cage arrived fully rusted. I called immediately to get new parts but per usual, no response. I was offered a "FREE" return label and told I can purchase the parts from their competitor since I was unhappy with rusted parts. When I asked to speak to a manager, Katie told me "they were all too busy and that she could take a message, then maybe a manager would call me back. If they got time." Unreal.

Very impressed with Jones Sports. I purchased a batting cage net from them (along with some other small stuff) and the price was WAY cheaper than the competition. The net was true to size and the quality was spot on. If you're in need of a batting cage net these are the guys to buy from, quality & professional grade.

Good set up. Easy to install.Watching video and reading directions together makes the set up easy.Took a little longer than I thought but I put it together with my 7 year old. Customer service was good. I would buy from again. .
