Sent a letter from House Springs to Cedar Hill on May 13th. It is now May 25th. It's only six miles to Cedar Hill. Thirteen days have passed and stll my friend has not received the letter! Seeing all of these terrible reviews one has to wonder...what in the world is wrong with the Post Office in Cedar Hill?

Just watched the weekend mail carrier drive by our business, top speed, passing up again our mailbox for our business with the FLAG UP, AGAIN. This happens consistently with the part time drivers. Our regular carrier always checks when the flag is up. I suppose we need to start shipping with competitors if the carriers here are refusing to do their jobs on a regular basis. This lack of service impacts our business which impacts our entire community. Our flag is up, our mailbox is highly visible, and easy to access, I guess our next step is flashing lights and spike strips, this is just ridiculous. I tried to flag her down once, running out into the road and she drove around me. I'm done with this service.

Our mail carrier Doug is amazing! He has gone out of his way a few times to get us our packages and an item that we lost. We lost a tablet and he found it on the side of the road and returned it to us! Not many people would have done that. Anyone I've came into contact with from this post office has been so nice and accommodating. New postmaster and all of her employees are great! Thank you for all that you do!!

I like this Post Office. I’ve seen negative reviews from older posts but I assure you they are from a different crew. This post office now, today, has always helped with whatever I needed. Never have I encountered any rude employees. This a good post office.

Over the last few months, the quality of service has improved dramatically. I ship packages fairly often and the ladies behind the counter are very helpful. My mail has been on time and no issues.

Whoever delivers mail on Valley drive should be fired immediately!!!!!! I’ve never had a problem getting my mail till I moved here 2 years ago!!!!
