Always have to call just to get them to start filling my scripts and then have numerous issues with them not filling scripts there supposed to and there help over the phone is absolutely atrocious not to mention I called today just for someone to pick the phone up for a second not say a thing and then hang up! Will be going to a new pharmacy soon this just isn’t worth the time or trouble.

Literally have never had a good experience with this pharmacy. Dread it every time I have to go pick something up because it’s never ready and they send me away, I come back when they tell me to, still not ready, repeat.

Worst place ever to pick up medicine. Every month there is an issue picking up the same medicine for my daughter. The lack of competence in these people is absolutely scary. How they haven't managed to kill someone with there screw ups amazes me. We will not be getting medicine from them again.

Typically I don't review big box stores because they just don't care. However, I will make an exception for this pharmacy. I showed up around 3:00 PM for an appointment for a second dose of a shot. (an appointment that was set by a pharmacy tech on 6/29/21) I was informed by a rather surly and rude technician (wish I got their name but I was not very happy at the moment) that they did not have any appointments and had no doses left.Confused I reiterated that I had an appointment and was told with no apology and no consideration whatsoever that I would have been called if I had an appointment. Fine. I then asked if they would know where I could get the second dose as I made a special trip in just for this purpose. The response equated to essentially "don't know, don't care."This is your customer facing techs? What a joke. This person has had no training on how to handle or diffuse a situation.The only reason I am leaving 2 stars rather than 1 is because I typically have no problems picking up prescriptions and the like.My suggestion to the store/managing pharmacist (if they handle HR related issues): find out who was working consult window 2 about 3 PM or so and send them for retraining. They certainly need it. If they have been there for a while it might be time for a career change like unloading trucks where no customer interaction is necessary. Good riddance.

Neal went above and beyond to help me with a prescription request today. I went back and forth with the doctors office and he called to let me know he had not only received it but also had it filled.

Went to pick up my sons medication and they do not read what is in the chart or on the medicine box! The powder before water is added to it has to be refrigerated, afterwards it is stored at room temp. Today they have me the dang bottle of powder, did not read a single thing, you can take the medication without it being mixed up, how do you not read things while working in a pharmacy?! The wrong medicine could kill someone, let alone someone could die without their correct medication!

Went to pharmacy to pick up meds, told by Haylee there not all ready, just one is ready, so I wait, no problem, then go back say 2 are ready the first one ready is now put away because of time limit in which I just ask about, Haylee was so rude at first, just blew it off, figured everyone has bad days, then SUPER RUDE, told her hope she has a better night and told pharmacist about her in which she was awesome! Better days ahead I pray!

This pharmacy is an absolute joke. An hour turns into 2 and then when you get to checkout they tell you it will be 20 more minutes. If you need anything in a timely manner this is not the pharmacy to go to

Used to be so much better when Jim was the manager pharmacist. I wouldn't even get to my car from see my doctor and I'd get a notification that a script was ready for pick up. Now it will be up to anhour wait. But will say the girls are so great to help with and thing you need.

Agree. Plan on at least an hour for a script to be ready. I usually pick mine up the next day.
