It was surprisingly busy here, but the access in and out was pretty easy from the highway. The restrooms were pretty clean all things considered, but we didn't venture too far into the store.

Two and a half hours to replace a battery. We were given the excuse that a tire truck came in during our wait and needed to be emptied first but was not told this until after. Think about the customer and keep them informed and why not finish with a battery install before emptying a whole truck of tires

Really rude and treats women like they're stupid. I probably know more about cars then a lot of them. Had bigger tires put on front of pickup like it use to have.I started to leave the front drivers side making a horrible noise. Went back in and ask what that was, he said it's called a tire. Cause I went to bigger size. My brother and son looked at it later. Said no way is it the tire, but my brake was going bad and just happened to start making the noise after they changed the tire. So it wasn't their fault, but no sense in being treated like that. Not the first time I've been treated rudely here.

I took my car in for oil change and tire rotation. Soon after they started work mechanic Mark Dutra came to me and told me he broke my dip stick and it would cost me about $14.00 if I fixed it myself. Mark said he broke his cars dip stick the same way, so he knew what it would cost. This is showing he has a history of breaking the same part. At check out I asked to have this incident put in the computer for a paper trail. Only then he told me if I went and bought the part he would fix it. I told Mark that I would like to take it to another shop to be fixed. He did give me another bill, but it didn't have all the charges on it. I think it was purged from the computer after I left, but I don't for sure. I want My car fixed. The last time I went to this auto shop they shorted me at least 1 quart of oil, this seems to be norm at this store #914

Worst experience ever today in the automotive, almost 3 hours to get a tire fixed. Left and came back to find one car in the bays and mine still sitting there and nothing being done. One employee admitted they forgot me. Still no one went and got my car. I finally got a store manager and someone went and got it. Then when I paid, I asked automotive manager if he was going to make this right and he told me they were just extremely busy. I told him that was not the case because one employee admitted they forgot me. He refused to compensate me for a now 3 hour wait. He said all employees went on mandatory breaks. I advised him he needed to split their break times up so the automotive section could continue to work instead of sitting there doing nothing. No more money of mine will go into the automotive section of Walmart. Poor management in that section.
