Let me start by saying that their are some really nice people that work here, but I have had several problems with trying to raise my daily limit to make large payments on a one time use. Also when using our debit cards it sometimes takes weeks for our account to be balanced which is unacceptable!

Opened a checking account there yesterday. From the time we walked in and spoke with Marilyn and she directed us to chelsi we were treated with the highest respect!!! Our service was 100% perfect and it’s much appreciated. Also walked out with my debit card and checks same day!!! Security Bank is where it’s at! Thank you Chelsi for the laughs and awesome service you to Marilyn!!
